Cleanliness.

Bed mattresses need urgent replacement as they create pain in spine. Staff is least cooperative for any changes needed in your reservation, post payment. No slippers, no shaving kit and no tooth brush are provided complementary. Location has no nearby shops/restaurants or sight seeing.

Excellent-clean-friendly staff

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. The pool was enjoyable, and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was of good quality. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and nicely presented.

The swimming pool was large and there were plenty of sunbeds on the side. The hotel restaurant was good, although menu not too fancy. The hotel is further away from Larnaca center and main beaches, so you would need a car to move around. But, being further away also meant that the hotel had more space, large rooms, comfortable breakfast rooms, a nice bar and swimming pool, a free parking lot, etc. The breakfast was great, with plenty of fruits, as well as hot and cold preparations.

A couple of waiters from the bar personnel were a bit unfriendly and cold, for unknown reasons. Often it felt as if we were bothering them by ordering, reminding them of the order or taking a long time to get served. On minor occasions there were errors on the check. Nothing bad, but we had more welcoming environments in other hotels. The reception staff of Sveltos was really nice, on the other hand.

The hotel was great, they offered towels for the pool. Good drinks at the pool bar. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Staff were great at arranging taxi even for 4am.

With all the road works it was a bit hard to reach, but we made it in the end. It's hard to get there by public transport, as this is very unreliable.

A charming and cozy hotel that pleasantly surprised me with its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they kindly allowed me to check in well before the official check-in time — something I truly appreciated. The food was also a standout — the chef deserves special praise. Every meal was surprisingly delicious and beautifully presented, easily on par with dishes served in good restaurants in town. The hotel overall was very clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing a consistently great job.

The pool area, however, felt a bit outdated. While everything was clean, the pool floor definitely showed signs of wear and could use renovation. The All Inclusive concept was a bit different from what I’m used to. While I understand that each hotel defines it differently, I had expected drinks — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic — to be included, as is often the case in other All Inclusive resorts I’ve visited (like in Turkey or Cyprus). Perhaps I didn’t read the terms carefully enough when booking, but it was something that caught me off guard. Additionally, the hotel felt somewhat isolated from the city, and aside from a snooker table, there weren’t many on-site activities available. It would’ve been nice to have a few more options to pass the time without needing to go out.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great pool. Food and drinkat the restaurant were delicious and at affordable prices.
