We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at King Jason Protaras! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with amazing views. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention to the ladies at the wellness center (Rika and Agus) — their massages were relaxing, professional, and an absolute highlight of our trip. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Konstantinos (CY 🇨🇾), in the managerial coordination team, whose personal attention and professionalism made our stay even more special. His dedication and genuine care for guests are truly commendable. I strongly recommend King Jason Protaras to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable holiday experience. Our stay at King Jason Protaras was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, and truly perfect for a relaxing adults-only holiday. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was exceptional, high quality and lots of variety. The pools and lounge areas were calm and elegant, and the sea view was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. A perfect experience, we will definitely return!

The only complaint would perhaps be the bath in the middle of the room, our toilet door was a struggle to close, not much privacy but very clean, towels, bedding changed daily.

Beautiful location, great food & drink. Nice size rooms. Staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Pool area a little tight with the beds but a gorgeous sandy beach just outside but you need to pay for loungers & parasol €2.50 each.

There is only instant coffee in the room - nespresso machine or similar would make it perfect.

We had the all-inclusive option - food and cocktails were excellent! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this stay more than other 5 star hotels we've stayed at in Cyprus.

You can't order wine by the bottle even to take to your room and the entertainment is few and far between.

The pool and loungers are lovely the location and setting are amazing and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Also the food is delicious and drinks are delivered by waiters all day inside and 10-5:30 pm around the pool. Of which there are many including a hydro spa pool.

Protaras is a place with a lot of tourists and therefore full beaches and unfortunately also many architecturally unsuccessful (hotel) buildings, which significantly characterise the townscape. If that doesn't bother you, then this is the place for you. The first impression on arrival at the King Jason is a bit of a shame, as the large rubbish containers open to the street ‘greet’ you with their ‘openness’ right next to the entrance. This makes the hotel behind it a little less recognisable. The hotel is located by the sea, does not have its own beach, but does have several pools, all of which are unfortunately unheated, except for the Jacuzzi. So unfortunately we couldn't use it

First of all, we would like to emphasise the lovely, empathetic staff, especially the waitress Elena at breakfast, who always responded to our wishes individually and with a smile. You could feel that it came from the heart and was sincerely meant. All the other hotel staff, from reception to the manager, were also very empathetic. When my wife had an accident, the manager looked after her immediately, quickly and carefully. Thanks for that! The breakfast was good in terms of choice, although it was the same every day. That didn't detract from our appetite. Although some of the facilities are getting on in years, we felt very comfortable and well looked after, especially because of the stuff there. Despite some minor flaws (see below), we would like to recommend the hotel and give it a 8,8 overall.

Reservation of the sunbeds around the pool. There was a sign saying this shouldn't be done before 8am, but people were out in the dark at 6am doing this and it was not stopped by the staff. If you're going to have a rule then it should be enforced.

Breakfast and all meals were superb. Pools all very nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and large and very near to the pool and restaurants. Location of the hotel was also very handy for the main town and beach.

Everything was great, but the only thing we didn’t like was the smell coming out of the bathroom/shower I mean even the toilet didn’t smell that bad, (the toilet didn’t smell at all) but it would have made more sense for the toilet to have that disgusting smell of rather than the shower, we didn’t want to complain and tell them that not to cause inconvenience just saying, maybe other rooms don’t have that problem with their bathroom

Everything was very nice the food, the atmosphere, the views of the pool and the beach right next to the hotel. Different food theme every night, we didn’t have to pay for anything at all in our stay it was all inclusive. The best part was the people friendly and very kind staff smiley and helpful 24/7 also the drinks at the pool bar were the best and they made sure you glass was always full the moment it emptied the asked for what we want next. Amazing customer service, amazing location, the design of the hotel the interior of the room and the comfort of the beds are amazing, everything was.

The hotel as such is very nice -, the ideal size to have good facilities and be able to interact with other guests. Location is also perfect.
