Location was amazing with a view of the sea. Layout of villa is ideal and air con in all bedrooms and lounge was essential. Pool was great. Short walk to the beach.

I don’t think there is anything I didn’t like!

The proximity to the sea and the way the property is set out in order to experience the view. I also love all the trees and the way the privacy is bordered with bamboo rather than walls and fences. I love the more traditional decor inside also rather than the usual shiny marble you see in so many villas now.

If I had to say something that would make the villa perfect I would say that the bathrooms/showers were a bit narrow-spaced.

super enjoyed the proximity to the wonderful secluded beach, the beautiful yard and swimming pool, the easy access to both latchi and polis chrysochous, the non slippery stone floor used downstairs, cleaning of the pool early without disturbing our routine. Ideal location and surroundings for relaxation, swimming and family time.

1. There was not an outside shower in the garden! 2. The swimming pool is very shallow and you cannot swim. 3. There was no item for putting the dishes after you washed them. 4. The fridge didn't freeze well and our milk and groceries went bad after the first night. 5. The table outside was too small for 4 people. 6. The umbrella base was not heavy enough and the umbrellas flew around with danger for us to get injured. 7. Even though we asked if we could enter before 3pm, the answer was no, and moreover, the cleaning lady was in until 3:20 pm. This is totally unacceptable.

The lounge chairs in the garden need renewing as one was broken and others were old . We also needed to remind the groundskeeper too regularly clean the pool

The water pressure in the showers is quite weak

We were s party of 9 . Three of us are children. Everyone enjoyed the villas very much. the proximity to the shore and jet the tranquility of the location is great. The villas have all the facilities you may need for a perfect holiday. We were allow to check out late and that was very appreciated

The pool was a little small and wasn't heated so was very cold. One bathroom was incredibly small and another was located downstairs from the bedrooms, which wasn't ideal. There was a lack of amenities provided.

The mattresses aren't comfortable - we'd request mattress toppers for next time. Not great sleep. The light bulbs are mismatched / most are white bright. Should all be changed for warm soft bulbs. There was a lot of pigeon poo and feathers everywhere.

Location is great, house is big and the pool is a good size. House is well stocked with most things you'd need. Good value.

There is nothing we disliked about the property.

We loved the location of our traditional Villa (Hera) half way between Latchi and Polis on the coastal path. The Villa was very nice with everything you needed for a two week stay. The housekeeping and caretaker were excellent and contactable by phone if needed.

The bathrooms could use a little upgrade. The internet speed would be nice to be improved (for leisure it's ok, but if you want to work it could be faster)

We liked the location of the villa, so close to the beach. Also close to the restaurants, a very nice walk along the beach to get to them. We also liked the pool and the surroundings of the villa. The beach was great, the water was perfect, and we had so much privacy, it was not crowded at all. The kitchen was of just the right size, it had plenty of space and enough tools for cooking and grilling, and we did that a lot during our stay. Very nice coffee machine :) The communication with the host, with Philippa and with Marcel were great. Anytime we needed anything they were very helpful.

We had a fabulous time at this villa, wonderful location meters from the beach and an easy walk to latchi. Lots to explore in the local area. The house was clean and comfortable.

There was only air-conditioning in the bedrooms so none in the main living area. It was incredibly hot whilst we were there and air conditioning downstairs would have been more comfortable. With all the doors open there was a bit of a breeze but so hot! Bedrooms were cool but lots of morning light coming in through the shutters. There was no welcome pack explaining nearest restaurants or things to do which was a shame. Also they don't allow guests to leave any condiments or spices etc in the kitchen so each guest has to keep buying it all from new. The kitchen utensils were quite basic but we managed. It would be better if the website listed the different villas separately and included specific photos of each and allowed you to book the one you wanted. They say the villas are all the same but due to the different locations around the complex they aren't. Beds are quite hard but nice pillows. There are around 10 villas on the complex and it's a very quiet area. The walls between each one could be a bit higher or with more trees and planting to give a bit more privacy as most are a bit overlooked but not all areas and views of the sea were lovely.

The location was great by a very quiet and calm beach. Often we were the only people there. It was an easy 12 minute walk to the nearest beach restaurant towards Latsi and further on you could get to more restaurants within 15 minutes. The villa was spacious and the pool was nice. It had a nespresso coffee machine and towels plus microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A bottle of red wine on arrival was nice. Staff were on hand via phones and were fairly quick to respond to any issues.

The big negative would be the pigeons settling on the roof as they were defecating on the terrace. This was really downscaling the cleaniless of the villa.

Great location. Easy to find. The gate bar offeres a sense of safety. The villa was the perfect size with all necessities. Distance between villas of the same complex was just about right. The pool was great. 2 minute walk from the beach!

We had an ant problem which was swiftly dealt with and the pool filter was temperamental. The windows are single glazed, beds are very simple without duvets although housekeeping quickly bought us more blankets.

Our 4th stay here and possibly the best located villa, on the far side with the best sunset views- Demetris. Quiet as neighbours only on one side. Location is just fantastic at these villas, all beachfront or close to it and around 2km walk along the promenade to all amenities in Latchi harbour. All villas have their own private pool, walled garden, private driveway and pretty access directly down to the beach. All villas well equipped but rustic. No luxury here but perfectly functional and are a good size. Best of all they accept dogs and if you ask nicely they will give you driveway barriers so they can’t get out! Staff are friendly, helpful and on hand during your stay. Thanks to Eve and the housekeeping team.
