The WIFI connection was very poor and the network was not secured, making it impossible to connect to my work servers.

The room and the location have been fairly displayed and one gets what he expects.

If you travel by a car, consider that the hotel doesn't have its own overnight parking. However, municipal (paid) parking is 4 min walking distance. The hotel offers a card to reduce the price for parking.

Very nice service. The room was not particularly new, but it was clean and good-looking. The breakfast had different options. The location is the best - walking distance to everything in the centre.

Some of the carpet in the corridors is run-down and needs to be changed; the bathroom could use an update too.

The breakfast choice is amazing! Lots of savory food like eggs, nuts, bread, bacon, ham, cheese, etc. as well as sweeter food like yogurt, fruit, cereal, croissant, etc. The staff are extremely nice and will do everything to help you. Live music at the bar on Saturday evening and good drinks.

I had asked for a bathtub, but I wasn't aware that they don't seem to have them at all in the hotel. I was in an inside facing room - I could see a wall and people's washing. Ask for an outside facing room!

The rooms are OK, but not spacious. The staff were friendly and obliging. It was no problem when I asked for more coffee, although after the complimentary bottle of water it's 4 euro per bottle.

The room was prepared only for one person (slippers, robes, kits). The gym was not tidy, and there was a lot of weight on the floor. The only thing related to the spa is a sauna. The overall part of the city did not look safe at night.

Nice design in renovated areas, but it is a little bit tricky for a person with a reasonable height to circle some corridors with low ceilings. Breakfast was nice; the room overlooking the road is noisy if you prefer to sleep in a fresh air

Staff at the reception do not reply or bother to send an invoice. I have been chasing them for 2 months now, I gave them the information in person, via telephone and messages, and yet I havent got anything. The should take some simple customers request more formally

The room was on the ground floor with hardly any natural light, let alone a view. I had to report some small things: safe box didn't work, problem with AC, no complimentary water in the room. I asked about changing the room when I arrived but was told the hotel was full. These were all small things but, taken together, detracted from the experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful and tried to put things right when I reported some issues in the room., Breakfast was excellent.

The bar downstairs gets very loud on the weekends and goes on until 1am. Communication with the hotel prior to arrival wasn't great.

Really nice hotel with exceptional staff. Bar, which was open, was a little expensive but it is a hotel after all. Good check in, superb room. Quiet location close to Ledra Street etc.
