The apartman was ok. The weekend nights were really noisy, because of centrum location.

Central location, near to the Finikoudes beach, and shops and restaurants. The staff was very kind. The room cleaning was perfect. The bathroom was freshly renewed, the bed was comfortable, the rest of furniture were old, but normally usable. In the kichen, we had a great, quite new refrigerator, so we were really glad to have it.

The room door is not working properly and we stayed couple of minutes to figure it out. The staff didn’t answer the phone when we tried to reach them regarding this issue.

The entrance to the accommodation block is open, which, at the time of writing, means anyone can wander in off the street. The hosts are addressing this and whilst I was there were beginning to construct an entrance door which will only allow access to its guests. The block only has a receptionist on duty during the day, but has some kind of association with the hotel Achilleos next door where I went to pick up/drop off keys out of hours and to ask advice.

Staff excellent. Took positive steps to make sure their guests are safe and comfortable. Spacious accommodation. Right in centre of town. Mostly quiet, compared to much of Larnaca central district as accommodation is not on a through-road.

The bed was very short and narrow, two people with normal body types could not sleep comfortably in it.

The location is great, and the apartment was crystal clean. Also, a lot of additional helpful things were given in the apartment for instance a plug transformer or a very good hair dryer.

As a double room it would be almost perfect but as a studio it is ok for a short stay. As there is a small kitchen area we would expect a kitchen table but there is only a low table next to the sofa and a small desk with one little chair. It was a little uncomfortable to eat on the sofa, but it may be ok for you. The bathroom could be better but for the price we paid it was good enough with enough hot water and clean towels. When we take the key, the electricity is turned off. This could be inconvenient in some cases but it seems common practice in Larnaka. My rating is compared to other studios we had, and not related to the price.

Good location, between the intercity buses and the tourist center, next to the main shopping street, a few minutes from the vegetable market and several grocery shops. (There is a discount market just behind the agora) For the bus stop, there is a shortcut next to the reception, two steps down then through the building. We had a studio on both first and second floor with elevator. Quiet street and thick curtains allow for a good sleep. In winter it was nice to have a big sunny window. In the evening it was a bit cold, but we had an aircondition. We got various instant coffees and tea bags and a kettle and sugar. It is a small building between two hotels with 2 or 3 apartments per floor with a reception on the ground floor. It is good value for money and very good if used as a double room.

in this 2BR flat all windows were to internal narrow courtyards, very boring; the toilet water system was semi-functional: water flows non-stop sometimes, and sometimes does not flow at all unless the lid is removed, one of the couches shown in the living room photos was not really there; no microwave, no salt

Very bad smell in the room,I guess becuase there is no window in the bathroom. Also old shower and toilet, is not giving you the impresion of clean. The view from the balcony is not the best, you will be looking to some trash and some nasty buildings. I am not a picky person, but for this price of 50 euro by night you can stay in a better place in Larnaca.

The only thing that we liked is the lady from reception desk, very nice lady and maybe the fact that this flat is located very close to the sea.

Tiffany's was great. Clean spot for a great price. It was centrally located to bars, restaurants, shopping, and other nightlife. Checking in is easy; after 1600 you will retrieve your keys from the reception desk at the hotel next door. Very friendly staff (Anna).
