Rooms and ambience, courtyard and balconies with chairs and tables would deserve some more care and basic regular service / cleaning.

The owner Antonis is very friendly and supportive, speaks excellent English. Service personal also very friendly and qualified. Nice an freshly prepared breakfast served in a beautiful surrounding (Old Coffee Shop plus courtyard). Upstairs rooms with nice view.

The air conditioner in the room has such strong lighting that it was difficult for us to fall asleep!

The location is really nice in the town next to the beach and not far from the airport in Larnaca (if you rented a car) the apartment is spacious and pleasant.

Some maintenance issues - TV did not work, no instructions on room e.g. how to open use hot water. Also could use some dishwasher supplies.

The vibe of the place, it takes you back to a different kind of Cyprus...its also secluded, but right in the middle of the village...the only tricky part is finding it, but follow a reliable sat nav and it's right there opposite the car park in the centre of Maroni

The AC was aimed directly to the bed which doesn't suites us during the night. But that's how they do it here.

Antonis was a great host, everyday made fresh breakfast, which was excellent. The room has a great rustic esthetic and the bed was comfortable. The village of Maroni is small, quiet and very nice.

Dont come during Easter celebration - even a tradition - it was very busy and noisy.

You can meet pigeons droppings on the outside stairs or balconies and ants at your room's kitchen tabletop. So be careful and put your foods into a fridge. Also we didn't find soap in our bathroom, but I believe the owner simply forgot to put it there.

Excellent breakfasts and very hospitable and welcoming owner. Spectacular views around and big free municipal parking near the place. Also there are many lovely cats around who will beg you to share your breakfast :)

A narrow room has nowhere to put a suitcase. Few electrical contacts in the room. Breakfast only starts at 8.30. The host himself prepares breakfast for everyone and the guests get it around 9. We left without breakfast on the last day because we could miss the plane.

There’s only one restaurant in town, so if you don’t like to walk far you need a car.
