We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe pool was very dirty from the first day and no one bothered to clean it even though we contacted the contact person. The villa lacked minimal living necessities such as a clothesline, cleaning items such as a broom and mop.

CyprusFirst of all, when we arrived, the pool was extremely dirty, and the water was grey. The person who came to clean it did a very good job, but as a result, we were only able to use the pool after 7:00 pm. This meant that we lost almost the entire afternoon without being able to enjoy it. In the property description it was mentioned that there would be pool sunbeds, but there were none. The outdoor chair cushions at the table were all torn. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies available for us to tidy up or mop, especially since the house was not as clean as it should have been. One of the bathroom lights was not working, and we had to find our own solution to fix it.

ItalyA disgrace: one of the rooms was unmade, the entire villa was not clean properly, some luggage’s were inside. We were told that the previous guest left the house bringing with him the key, therefor the personnel could not clean. But when we arrived we found the key in the proper secure box so it was the first lie. This is really bad because when you rent a house you must be sure only the current guest has the key, otherwise you generate a potential severe security risk. In addition, one of the bathroom light didn't work, the neighboring apartment had music blasting at full volume from their pool area until midnight (unfortunately I can’t upload audio file), with no staff really intervening.

CyprusMe and 4 of my friends stayed at the house and we were absolutely disgusted. Before going in it was a bad sign that the bins were overflowing and there was garbage everywhere. When we first went in everything seemed normal until we realised a wall was built in to turn the living room into a 4th bedroom which had wooden doors with glass windows meaning that the person sleepibg in that room had no privacy. The house was not clean and it even went as far as to have GUM STUCK on one of the upstairs bedroom cupboards. The balcony door would not open properly and the top part came off when we tried to open it to go outside. The pool was filthy and full of dirt and had way too much chlorine in it. One of the bathroom sinks was cracked, the floorboards had empty space, etc. There was also the matter of the plugs. Many plugs were either not working or were not even fully in the wall. Because we had no choice we stayed there 2 nights and it was a nightmare. Especially since one if the ACs was not working properly in one of the rooms and a lot of the doors kept not closing without locking. The front door is the only one that was easy to lock. I would not recommend this place since we had to do more cleaning when we got there than when we left and we were expecting a clean and spacious place for us to enjoy our stay. We left the house in a better condition than we found it and that's to say the least. The house also had water damage on the ceiling and clearly the house was not in a good condition and very old with loads of damage. DO NOT GO HERE!! We will be contacting booking with video evidence and time stamps of the day we arrived. Also attaching some photos of some of the problems we found upon arriving.

CyprusUnfortunately, it did not have sunbeds. And also the very basics for a stay: coffee, sugar, salt, shower gel. Overall, though, it was a cosy, beautiful villa, and we had a great time there. 🙏
