There were two single beds pushed together when we requested a double, the bathroom was inadequate for showering and there was no hair dryer for my wife. The room was a little dated needing some decoration and maintenance, so for a 3 star hotel I thought it was lacking. They supplied a kettle with two cups and saucers but no tea, coffee, chocolate or anything for making drinks. When I booked I was told the deal was "all inclusive" which included drinks by the poolside and wine etc with our evening meal, but when we ordered we were told that we had to purchase drinks separately and bill to our room which was quite disappointing as this was our honeymoon weekend!

The staff, the food and the poolside with amenities were all excellent, but the room itself was a little disappointing.

In the outdoor area, the toilets were common for men and women. When I went with my kids a man was using the toilet with an open door. It's not something that I'd like my children to see!

The pool area and the water slides were nice and the kids enjoyed it.

The only criticism I have is the one use plastic cups, I understand plastic needs to be used by the pool, however there are reusable cups on the market

Other guests screaming and shouting in the corridor when they come back drunk in the middle of the night.

It was simple and clean. One lady on reception was very nice and friendly. Another lady on reception was miserable and unhelpful.

The only suggestion would be to have some glasses and tissues in the rooms.

The hotel being 3 * was very acceptable, food selection for breakfast same as you would expect hot or cold selection, dinner small selection but well delivered very good. Location a bit off the beaten track but bus outside to go into towns many eateries within walking distance. Pool area although music playing all day a little too loud was very clean great sun beds, mainly AI staying from other countries, we had HB. Staff very attentive, rooms clean tidy fridge and safe, no kettle cups glasses tissues small balcony high wall outside drying line good idea. All in all a good stay close to some amenities .

Drinks and the pool were fantastic. Staff very friendly but drinks finish at 23:00…..not a second after, even if you was in the que prior to 23:00.

In our room we didn't had hairdryer, the shower glass was small and the water going all over the place, the door wasn't soundproof so we could hear everything in the hallway.

Very good swimming pool with water slides, the room was good, the food was great and all the staff were very kind and helpfull. Nice music from the bool bar after the lunch.

The property is old and need a bit maintenance in some areas. There are not nice and enough toiletries. The beds were not soft and had two different beds instead of one.

The hotel is decent. It is close to many beaches but you need a car to move around. It is good for those who like budget vacation. I like the area of the swimming pool most. Also the receptionist was kind enough to assist us with earlier check in.

They're using an outdated checking system where they print of earlier reservations which doesn't account for new ones although getting a confirmation email. This inc I saw with 2 other travels who had booked in advance compared from myself. My check in was 45mins not the fault of staff but management not updating technology. No hairdryer in the rooms No long mirror in the room to plug in the borrowed hairdryer from reception to see what I'm actually doing. No long mirror, clearly designed by a man to miss this basic feature of one mirror in the bedroom by a plug. I'm 5ft1 and in the shower the glass screen to stop water going out is so tiny I struggled not to get the shower floor wet outside of the basin inc having a bath matt

window in the bathroom was not opening. all inclusive snacks available by ordering only, not available on a buffet. poor variety of food during lunch and dinner. few choices of snacks.

dinner did not had taste. the walls in the walkway were dirty and had cracks. also the cabinet in the room did not had a door because it was broken. the sink in the bathroom was very poorly made. needs certaintly to be repainted and parts of the room to be fixed

Building is poorly maintained Holes in the floors, ceilings, that give huge opportunity to big amount of cocroaches to run around... No water drainage so it stays after shower all over the toilet. For 3 days we didn't have hot water, not even close to warm to have a shower, non stop was cold and the staff was promising all the time that the problem will be fixed in 1h... That's unbelievable for such a big hotel. Hotel for families but only 2 baby feeding chairs available and que to get them... Family room with 'double bed' for parents but in reality it were 2 single beds put beside each other and they had wheels! So minimal movement make the beds to go apart straight away and very fast- that was the way our baby fell on the floor between the beds....

Food is good and a lot. But unfortunately breakfasts are every single day, dot by dot, the same. When you stay a week, you can't look at it anymore, not even talking about children... But lunches and dinners change and give a choice. Staff is nice, people smile and try to help. Cleaning ladies doing their best every day and washing everything. But obviously they can't wash away huge maintenance problems like stains on the ceiling, water not coming through the pipes after shower or cocroaches everywhere...
