Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was by far above my expectations and i strongly recommend it. Amazing staff, very friendly. Very peaceful place with spacious rooms. Very nice breakfast, as well. No worries about the car as there is a parking spot in the hotel and in a 15 minutes ride from the city centre (as in Limassol, everything takes place by car as you cannot stand outside with all the heat and the humidity). Absolutely, if i ever visit Limassol again, i will choose that place.

The only thing was that when booking, I thought the hotel had a gym included in the stay, but we found out after booking that it’s run by an external company and there’s an additional fee.
The accommodation was very nice. We had a junior apartment and stayed there as a group of three. The room was spacious, bright, and had a lovely view from the balcony. The furnishings were sufficient — a bit worn, but everything was clean, which made up for it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is located on a busy street with restaurants, shops, and a bus stop to the city center right next to it. Breakfasts were very good, and the staff was friendly. The pool was clean.

The room layout needs attention. The bathroom door cannot remain open & there was no exhaust fan so can become stuffy & smelly. Lighting in room not good.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is good & convenient. Parking services were free & good.

There’s nothing I can say that I didn’t like at this property. Given the chance to visit Limassol in the future, I’d definitely stay again at TSANotel.
Located very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, TSANotel is an excellent place to stay when visiting Limassol. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is superb and there is a nice pool on the premises. The staff is always friendly and polite, and special mention must be made to the 2 nice ladies at the Reception Desk, Mrs. Yiota & Mrs. Nikoleta. They are very kind and always ready to provide with a smile information about Limassol landmarks and places of interest.

Male receptionist not knowing about the Monte Caputo venue
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb and the setting outside made it so much more relaxing. Location close to lots of amenities and close to promenade.

I didn’t like to much the pool and the gym could have bigger schedule and different prices
I like the staff, they are very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the rooms comfortable. In the all hotels I stay in Cyprus was the only one I could have a good sleep

Very worthy stay, the location is good either if you have a car either you are walking. The staff is very kind and friendly, the pool is great and the stay was comfortable. During our stay the hotel wasnt busy so we didnt experience any annoyence.

Only negative was the check-in process upon arrival. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was super tired after a long flight and a long car transfer to boot. The check-in process required us to self check-in on a tablet at reception and the tablet just wouldn't take my Booking confirmation number it requested and there was no way to navigate away from this or input the details in another manner. We tried for about 15+ minutes to make it work and the receptionist didn't know how to move past the error that the tablet kept generating either. Eventually I was given a card key to my room and told to come back and resolve the issue in the morning (and fortunately it was resolved when I followed up in the morning). I think that the hotel should have a back-up plan for check-in when the tablet is not cooperating.
Great hotel at a fantastic location. The breakfast here was top notch with a super friendly staff as well. Everything was nearby and booking tours around this location was also very easy.

Everything was perfect
⸻ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! My partner and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The entire hotel was spotless, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Even though we woke up a bit late, there was still plenty of hot food and fresh fruit available for us to enjoy. It was a lovely and relaxing start to our day. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return. Great service, excellent cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – highly recommended!

The hotel gym, which is not managed by the hotel, isn't easily accessible as it remains closed most of the time
The breakfast was good, had all the major things one would need. The location is also excellent, close to multiple coffee shops, supermarkets and gyms
