What's not to like, the staff is definitely the best. The personnel can't be beat. Chris, the manager is one of a kind, the most helpful person on this planet.

I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has only a 7.8 rating, because my experience was excellent. The location is perfect, and the staff are extremely kind and always do their best to make guests happy. I stayed in a freshly renovated room (117) with a lovely view of the pool and a partial sea view. Before arriving, I was a bit worried after reading some comments about cleanliness, but I found the opposite to be true. The housekeeping team cleaned the room daily, changed towels every day, and both the lobby and restaurant were spotless. The food was also very good – every evening there was something different, with options to suit everyone’s taste. I also appreciated that the hotel provides a shower room after check-out, which is very convenient. Restoraunt manager is super, super kind and helpful his name is Isidoros Violatis

Very nice and modern room and comfotable beds. Nice pool and plenty delicious food. Nice staff at the restaurant and at pool bar.

• The all-inclusive stay offered a wide variety of food and overall we were satisfied. • The location of the hotel was perfect. • The pool area was good. • We were lucky to get a room in a very good location (1st floor, close to everything). • The room was clean and the staff were never rude, so we had a pleasant stay. • Although we arrived late for check-in, the hotel kindly added lunch to our check-out day, which we really appreciated. • Great value for money overall, and the child was happy with the food options.

• Many of the desserts were traditional Cypriot sweets, so we wished there had been more neutral / international-style cakes. • The selection of cocktails was a bit limited. • In the summer heat, the cocktails and beers were not served ice-cold (the drinks were lukewarm and only had a few ice cubes added). • Some bartenders made the cocktails extremely strong even when we asked them to make them lighter. • There were no children’s options such as granita in the all-inclusive drinks (unlike some hotels in Paphos). • The ground-floor toilets were constantly dirty and should be cleaned more frequently (overflowing paper, clogged toilets, etc.). • The TV in our room didn’t work. • The bathtub was very old, scratched and rough, so it didn’t feel comfortable to use. • The elevator was small, old, and very slow (we were lucky to be on the 1st floor).

Hotel is near the beach and city center. Hotel has free parking and Wi-Fi. Also has a pool for children and adults. Breakfast is very good and has food for different tastes.

Rooms with sea view and pool view are more expensive but in them it is not possible to stay in the evenings until 11 pm because of the loud music on the pool when the music stops. Hygiene in the rooms, especially in the bathroom, is not at the required level.

The location was convenient, but honestly, not much else stood out in a positive way.

The room was dirty, the furniture and design were outdated, the mirror was rusty, and the bath tap didn’t work properly. There was also an unpleasant incident with a staff member, and when I reported it, the manager completely ignored me even though I was told he wanted to speak with me.
