Shower needs renovation

We stayed in the basement apartment and were very satisfied with our stay. The pictures on the website accurately reflected the property, the location was great, and both the apartment and common areas were clean. All appliances, the AC, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

The only minor issue was that the shower was a bit small. There was rust on the shelf, and the silicone at the base of the shower was worn, which gave it a slightly unclean appearance. Overall, a very nicely located apartment with all the essentials.

Wasn’t too far from the strip, outside bbq and pool area was nice but out of order on a night as the neighbours were rude.

The worst aircon I’ve ever experienced, like someone blowing on you, dripping with sweat through the night, then during the day was unbearable, we tried to spend as little time there as possible due to the heat. No towels or bedding restocked in the laundry room throughout our whole stay. Room 2 deluxe studio was tiny, no balcony and had an ant infestation. Ants were in climbing round door frames, inside the toaster and shelving, and around the floor into our belongings. We left for the last 2 nights of our holiday as it was unbearable.

Pls fix the bathroom door

Nice location, pretty near to the Fig Tree Bay and the bus stop. So cozy stay with the clear pool. Also close to Lidl and to main touristic street

Location to beaches and centre of Protaras

We had ants and cockroaches

Overall not bad , apartment was ok , fairly modern and free WiFi

Pool was not clean and outside area where our apartment was not clean(stairs to basement apartment)

The studio was very clean. Protaras city is very near , so we didnt even need a car to go. There is a lunapark and a lidl down the road.

The matress and pillows are very uncomfortable☹️. The ac worked whenever it wanted . Also the entrance door was a little stucked.

Liked the location (near center, beach) and cleanliness, parking avaliable. Spacious kitchen.

Its at main street and fun fair(loud), very small bathroom, water in pool is not clean, no small basic things like salt, sugar, tea, just one shower gel…

Enjoyed our stay here, nice pool area, apartment was clean, very good location walking distance to beach/restaurants/shopping. Was also a beautiful coffee cafe about 1 minute walk away we went to everyday!

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t see anyone to get fresh bathroom towels, toilet paper etc

Well appointed. Spotlessly clean and well located.

Location, cleanliness, pool

Very small and the bed was very low and hard

Location close to the beaches/bars. Property was clean,tidy and spacious Located on a busy main road but once inside the property it was quiet. Would definitely book again

Property was excellent only downside was lack of change to bedding/towels.

There is a nearby supermarket Lidl.

We stayed 6days and no one cleaned the room. We got only one super small shampoo, one shower gel, one soap, one toilet paper and no tissue. No one changed the towels (face and shower). The room was really small and it smelled very humid. The pool water was full of bugs. The bed was really hard. The cleanliness was not on the best level as well.

Great location

Couldn't use pool until near end of holiday as work on neighbouring building which caused lot of dust all over our area they did come out to clean it but to late for us.also noise from building work so not very relaxing was disappointing.

Location and items provided to help you eat etc. The bed was comfortable

Size of the apartment, it was a small room. Bed pushed up against the wall, everything very tight.
