Villa is absolutely beautiful! Everything is well kept, pools unbelievable! 3 huge bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space in each. Living/kitchen/dining area was stunning all opened up onto outdoor space. Bread, milk, butter, water, coffee, sugar, tea, and fruit left. EVERYTHING was there you literally just needed yourselves and clothes. Met owner a couple of times and she couldn’t have done more. We was so sad to leave! It was a home from home! 150m from beaches, 2 minute walk from shops, restaurants and pubs

Clean modern villa in great location, turn right beach is 2 mins walk, lovely coves for swimming, turn left supermarket, bars and restaurants, you can walk onto Protaras or £2 on the bus, Ayia Napa is also 20 min bus ride away. Great sized pool and nice little touches filling the fridge for arrival etc

Needs Umbrella's for Sunbeds

The villa is very clean and well equipped within close proximity to a lovely coved beach. It also has parking for two cars. You can walk to several restaurants within 10-15 minutes. There were plenty of pool toys and beach toys to use. The pool is a great temperature and maintained well. The staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed from a potty to spare sheets, plenty of towels, bottled water and fruit etc on arrival. Overall a really lovely villa.

It's very close to a noisy hotel that was used by schools of kids/teenagers. We thought we were in luck when they left after a couple of days but later the same day more arrived. They played loud music from 9pm most nights until midnight. There is also daytime time noise with them shouting to each other on their balconies and doing activiites with a microphone. Was bliss when it eventually went quiet, maybe just unfortunate timing. Its possible it wouldn't annoy others but it did start to wear thin after 10 days and if your looking for peace this is not the one in my opinion. The sunbeds and dining table could do with some cushions, there are no pool parasols and when requested we were told its too windy (Next door had them and previous villas we have used have had marble based ones which have worked well). The upstairs terrace furniture was worn where the wicker had broken and had some sharp edges, admittedly covered in blankets but a little annoying with a toddler about.

The property and hospitality exceeded our expectations. The little touches like boxes of chocolates, hot chocolate and Easter decorations were brilliant. They even left coffee, ham, bread, fruit, water etc. the bathrooms all had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner , toothpaste and even new tooth brushes. There was plenty of kitchen roll, toilet roll, washing powder etc . You literally don’t need to bring anything . The pool was cold the first few days until the weather warmed up then it was refreshing . Lots of pool inflatables and loads of towels for pool , beach and bathrooms . 20 minutes walk along promenade to fig tree bay or a couple of restaurants opened nearby as the season began to start . Beds and bedding are brilliant. You can see from my photos the bed upstairs and sofa are new since originally photos . Balcony upstairs is brilliant for coffee or sundowners to look at the sea . Thank you so much we loved our stay .

Really can’t think what could have been better . The only tiny thing I couldn’t find was a chopping board !

Location was great, very close to beach. Modern and clean. Facilities were very good. Great size pool. Lovely welcome who brought us a gorgeous food hamper. Great to have things like cleaning products, bottled water, etc at the villa.

The beds in the downstairs room are extremely low and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. It would be great to have cushions and also umbrellas for the outdoor furniture.

Beautiful house with an amazing pool at a great location! The pool was extremely clean and remained as such during our entire stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A beautiful beach is also located very close, within walking distance. I highly recommend, especially for families with kids.

Location was great! The Villa was amazing!

Absolutely beautiful villa in a fantastic location. We have rented various villas in Cyprus and this one was by far the best. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The property was immaculate on arrival and provided beach towels, excellent barbecue facilities and the pool was wonderful. We will definitely be returning next year

Outside dining chairs would have been more comfortable if they had cushions or seat pads

beautiful inside and and out, massive pool with outdoor seating and another level upstairs, bonus if you have kids as you can still sit out and not be far away from them. great facilities washer, dish washer and even hair dryers in the rooms. bathroom upstairs and down. 2 drives which is perfect if you are going with a lot of family.

Above expectations, the best place to stay in Protaras, excellent location, outstanding villa, spacious, clean, comfortable, cosy, excellency in every little detail. Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location, everything is in walking distance. The best swimming pool ever!
