You definitely need a car as there is nothing close by. The air con in the ensuite bedroom didn't cool, the toilet leaked and the shower could do with a good scrub on the outside. The pool had a green 'slime' border at the top of the pool just above the water which had dried and again a good scrub would clear it. A recommendation for the owner would be to get rid of the 'clutter' and store it outside in a shed (we don't need a travel cot in the bedroom, a high chair, pram and portable gas heater in the kitchen area, ladders and steps on the balcony) also to remove some of the dust collecting ornaments around the property (as the saying goes 'less is more'). The cupboard is full of espresso cups, no one needs 50 mini cups, but only 4 normal size ones. It would have been good to have a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam and butter and just add another €20 to the cost as we had left home at 9am and didn't actually get to the villa until 10.30pm. As per the previous reviews there are some things that need to be repaired/reviewed but overall it's a good villa and we enjoyed being there.

The villa was well worth the money for the 5 of us. The pool is a good size and has low and deep ends. The villa itself is a good size too.

Nothing to dislike. Close enkugh to old town restaurants. Walking/driving distance to pissouri bay and amenities.

Location was fantastic including swimming pool. So convenient for various walks as this makes our holiday.

Really would struggle to fault the villa because it was honestly just what we needed for our family! The only thing that could have made it better is pool heat - but that is only due to the time of year we went.

We booked the villa last minute due to a family bereavement, so didn’t really know what to expect - I read some of the reviews whilst in the car travelling to the villa and I was a little anxious due to a couple of them….however, I have to say that we really couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house is large, comfortable, has everything you need and extra little bits to help such as shower gels, shampoo etc. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels clean and perfect for a family stay. Location is brilliant, very quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted. The hosts were so responsive, replied within minutes when I asked any questions, and despite the sad reason for being in Cyprus, we enjoyed our week as much as possible. Thank you ☺️

Everything was amazing!!! I stayed here for a holiday with some friends and was perfect! The entire house and pool were spotlessly clean, the owner answered all messages right away and was super friendly and accommodating, he gave us late check out as our flight was a night flight which was super helpful 😁 The villa itself is stunning and in a perfect location with stunning balcony views!! The pool is clean and a very nice size too!! I will definitely be using this villa again in future visits to Paphos!!

Wow! It is a whole completely independent 3BR villa, with its own pool and garden. Parking inside the property for 2 big cars. Peaceful location. Sea view from 2 bedrooms and from a big balcony/terrace. Big kitchen/dining room and big living room. Nice barbecue setup near the pool. The owners were awesome. Had some beer cans, bottled water, coffee packets, etc for me. I will definitely stay again. Thanks Moses and Mrs Moses.

The location and the size of the property. It had everything we needed for our short break. The owner had put some cold drinks and water in the fridge and was very thorough with his tour of the villa.

Backyard not fenced. Not secure for dogs that are either old with sight problems that can fall down from 1 meter height to the neighboring house ( what happened to my dog) or if a dog tends to escape. Also the garden had garbage from the previous guests

Well heres a list It was not cleaned, Pool not cleaned, House not cleaned properly, lots of items from last guest left around, mouth wash sun cream drinks and food in fridge and bathrooms etc Sheets were clean but duvets were not cleaned, with stains on them Tables were sticky and not cleaned Broken window, Toilet leaking when used Outside electrics left around from lighting, pool lights broken and pool filter broken No instructions and any guides on how to use heating or air condition, No Internet codes Had to constantly message host for help, Which he did reply quickly and sort a few things House infested with live wood worm in bedrooms, They can be heard at night time when it is quiet, just told to sleep in a different bed... Just a few of the things not right Place had the makings of a nice stay, but lots and lots of things not right

House wasn't clean, barely could see through main glass doors. No lights in kitchen, so after dark we had to cook in dark. House is old in everything. Sun beds were broken, beds hurt our backs.

The outside of the villa is dirty my dog found trash from previous people, the pool was dirty at the bottom. No actual patio outside and the pool chairs that was there all of them was broken. The only reason I gave this a 7 its because the owner was willing to help with everything I asked for.

The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need inside the house (cooking equipment, shower towels). The owner is polite and tries to help with anything you need. Pet friendly as well.

The property has many broken items, which apparently when raised with the owner are due to previous clients. There is very little garden furniture and again we were told it was on order but had failed to arrive on time for our rental period. The pool steps are broken. A deeper clean needs to be done, with attention to detail, ie clean bath mats. Thanks
