Pambos the owner is incredibly accommodating and was kind enough to bring us cookies for our journey home on our last day. He went above and beyond to have the place fully equipped - on arrival he had filled the fridge with water, wine, milk, butter etc. The villa had absolutely everything we needed. The sunset view from the roof terrace and the privacy of the pool were our main highlights. Thanks Pambos!

We were warmly welcomed by the host and shown around. We felt really welcome because he had prepared a gift for our daughter under the Christmas tree, fruit and various food products. It was very nice and we had never experienced such a welcome before. The villa is equipped with everything you need. There is a terrace on the roof with a wonderful view. 400 m from the villa is a promenade along the seashore, a great place for walks or a morning run. We will definitely come back!

The host was very kind and helpful. He gave us a tour around the house and gave us a lot of good tips for restaurants, beaches and so on. The house, yard and the swimming pool were very clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What can I say, it was beautiful, had everything we needed, bus stop so close to get everywhere. Just amazing. Owner was friendly and kind, will definitely be going back! Wished we didn't have to leave!

Location a little away from harbour however you can drive or get taxi or bus. Also there are restaurants and bars within walking distance too.

Beautiful villa in a lovely residential area beside the sea. The owner really has thought of everything for you to have a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the gorgeous pool which is was very clean and warm. We had a fabulous time!

Everything! This place is just amazing , best villa in Paphos ! Beautiful pool and breathtaking sunset in the evening. Also Pambos , tho owner , was so nice and kind to us . I will definitely come back again !

Honestly? It was perfect.

It would have been exceptional at double the price we paid. The villa itself was beautiful with gorgeous views from the roof top seating area.. The pool was clean (cleaned three times during our stay), the neighbourhood was quiet, safe and friendly, and the villa’s owner, was incredibly helpful. If you’re into swimming in the sea, there’s a spot about five minutes walk away that is perfect. I wish I’d booked a longer stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cyprus.

The pool is absolutely stunning but isn’t heated wasn’t warm enough to swim other than a quick dip.

A beautiful and very well maintained villa in a fantastic location. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and we slept very well. We were met and greeted on our arrival and could contact the owner at any point with queries. He made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to make us welcome.

Everything about this stay was amazing from arrival to departure. Upon arrival, our host greeted us and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our time by checking in. They even went out of the way to provide some breakfast items, fresh fruits, and wine. The villa was in a great location and had access to waterfront walking paths which was super nice! The rooftop area at sunset was definitely the best part of the entire stay.

Due to the infestation of cockroaches in the kitchen and living room area , this completely ruined our experience, kids and both of us adults had numerous times where we would find cockroaches crawling on us or utensils in the kitchen , on the sofas , we understand that in hot climate country's there will be bugs ect but this was an unacceptable amount of insects i.e cockroaches that in habbited this villa , measures must be taken to stop / prevent infestations like this . We had to wash the sides in the kitchen constantly, we had to use dishwasher daily due to cockroaches being in the draws and around cutlery constantly, we had to bin perfectly good food due to the amount of cockroaches being found , Plates and glasses also being constantly washed as we had found so many cockroaches on them and in the cupboards so killing cockroaches and cleaning was a necessity due to the hygiene dangers of cockroaches. This made our holiday not very relaxing atall.

The owner was very nice and helpful, the villa was spacious and the rooms were tidy, the pool was perfect 👌🏻 the greeting was very welcoming
