The noise at night. I know it's a heavy investment, but if the windows change in the rooms, this would help the sound insulation. The whole family found it difficult to sleep. The couch needs to be replaced.

Perfect Location. Would stay again just for the location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Footsteps away to the best beaches of the island.

Nothing comes to my mind. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Nora 3

The location is perfect - at the very end of the long beach, hidden enough to keep the privacy but within walking distance. Free parking in front of the property is additional bonus. Plenty of towels, both for the house and for the beach. A welcome milk/water/wine in the fridge was a nice gesture. Communication with the host was very good

Very close to the beach, stores, coffee shops. Comfortable beds, many towels for the whole week. Kitchen well equipped, although no coffee machine.

The only thing that made us put 9 instead of 10 as a general grade were discos in the restaurant nearby. Thu-Sat there was reaaaaally loud music from 8pm to around 12-1am.

Pillows were a little bit hard. Supposed to have more charger adopters in the appartment (for 5 persons 3 adopters were not enough). Additional cleaning each 3-4 days could be a good option.

Location is perfect! 100 m from the very nice beach! Kitchen is equiped with everything you need! Owners always solved the problems we faced!

The rooms are a little small and the furniture is a little outdated( at least our house, the others looked a little better). Durring the night in the weekend, it's noisy from the bar on the beach where they were playing live music. We were sleeping with the windows closed and white noises speaker at maximum volume to cancel the noise, but this is not their fault it's the cost you have to pay on being close to the beach.

The house is just next to the beach. We had all the appliances that we needed and even provided to us a blender upon request to prepare the food for the baby. Self check-in and check-out. Private parking. In the fridge, we had a small gift as a welcome. Lots of restaurants and supermarket in the area.

hard to say, we were quite happy with our stay.

The villa was perfect and great value for money . the location was just at the beach, near the protaras pier and literally everything closeby. but the best part was the outdoor seating both at ground floor and balcony on the 1st floor. best sunrise views and generally lots of light throughout the day. the rooms have AC and also serve as heaters if needed . we travelled in march and there was a mix some days when evenings were a bit chilly. so the AC helped. the apartment is well furnished and good wifi . The welcome basket was a really nice touch - with some breakfast essentials and some bubbly wine in the fridge. viktoria the manager was excellent , available promptly to support - she also gave us some good tips on grocery stores/ nearby restaurants etc. overall very good stay

The door of the wooden fence on the terrace is half broken and we were worried that some of the very sharp pointy bits would hurt the kids.

Nice comfortable house, in good condition and with everything we needed. Protaras is perfect for a beach holiday with kids. The sandy beach was amazing and really just a minute walk away from the house. We came with small kids, the staircase gate was very useful. You can push a pram around the coastline of Protaras and beyond.

The only thing is for a family of 4, the lou ge wasn’t big enough for all of us to lie down. Only a small problem. At night there is a ‘boxing’ game straight out the front on the street next to the Doctors clinic. This is noisy and woke us up a number of nights. Could only hear this from the main bedroom. Kids room heard nothing. A pair of ear plugs is a must.

Excellent location, right across to the beach across the beach carpark. Loved our sea view balcony, and the special touches like Cornflakes, full litre of milk. Air conditioning in each room. Note- wifi only accessible in downstairs lounge and on stairs. No signal in bedrooms so laying down surfing the net was a small problem for the kids.

There was a stinky water leaking from the fridge, we had to remove and clean it, dirty walls.

Perfect location near the see, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, city centre and bus stop. Victoria was very helpful. There were enough soft towells, comfortable beds

nothing really, only cockroaches on the first night, but we were careful to leave the veranda clean every night thus we didn't notice any on the following nights

Veronica provides excellent support, she responded instantly every time we needed help, the location is excellent, the house is excellent, also we appreciated the small things like two large bottles of water in the fridge, orange juice, milk, even a cereal box for the kids, satellite tv

Even though its a good location there is no privecy. Also there are a lot ants so you cannot leave dishes unwashed at all.

Good location next to the sea, resaurants, coffee shops etc.
