It's a beautiful villa with a pool, located in a peaceful neighborhood.

The check-in process could have been smoother. Google Maps takes you in the wrong direction, so it's really important to follow the host’s check-in instructions carefully. If you just rely on Google Maps, you’ll probably end up going the wrong way, which can be a bit frustrating. Before we arrived, I got a lot of messages about the villa. I totally understand that things like food ordering instructions are important, but once we got there, it was hard to keep track of everything. It would have been super helpful to have all the info organized on one simple landing page. Also, since we were a group of 6, we ran into some trouble with the hot water – it just wasn’t enough for everyone, even though we all kept our showers to 10-15 minutes.

The villa has enough space for 8 people to feel comfortable. There is self check-in. Nice outdoor facilities. Also a cute cat that probably lives at the villa since he visited us every evening :)

There were cockroaches, all over the place. A few were lying with their paws up on our balconies as there must have been some poison from cockroaches. Some of them also got inside the house, the same half dead. Another thing is that the shower in one of the bathrooms was leaking on the floor every time we took a shower. Once it got so wet that appeared a wet stain on the ceiling of the first floor, underneath it. However someone from the team arrived in two hours after we reported the issue and fixed it asap so it stopped spreading the stain in the ceiling. Yet the shower kept leaking on the floor of the bathroom afterwards. Also the pool was dirty and probably needs some renovation.

easy to book, very clear communication regarding keys and access, short walk to 2 nice beaches, nice small pool. good and clean villa, had everything we needed for a relaxing short stay. hosts had kindly supplied tea coffee and few other bits although in fact we had been to the supermarket so we did not need it. Villa was clean and well provided. Beds were comfortable.

nothing to do with the villa itself which was great, but because we arrived late there was no restaurant open at 10pm within walking distance on our first night- we had thought from checking on google that Onassis would be open but it seems to have closed, and the cottage house no longer serves food - kitchen not operating this year at all. This is of course not the fault of the villa at all but is useful information for any future guests. we simply bought some bits and bobs from the supermarket for our first evening and after that we were able and willing to eat earlier

Property was clean and spacious! We needed more beds and cots for the kids which they added at no extra cost! Messages to the villa were seen and replied to very quick! We had a little problem with the shower and they had an engineer out same day! On arrival there was water, orange juice and few bits in the kitchen which was a lovely touch! Very impressed!

Some sun loungers need to be replaced but wasn’t a big deal!

Very luxurious villa with great facilities. extremely great value for money. The pool was well maintained and a good size.

Perhaps some games or toys included for children to entertain them.
