Incredibly clean, amazing host, full sun, and shade, plenty of outdoor space. The rotisserie BBQ was fantastic! The air conditioning was a lifesaver!

Tatty awning, hot water upstairs was intermittent but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed so (our loss)

We had an excellent 7-night stay at this property. The house is spacious, very well maintained, fully equipped, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor areas are also beautiful and well cared for, and the property is well enclosed, which made us feel truly private and alone as a family. The pool was perfect, and we also had the lovely surprise of finding the fridge already stocked with fresh drinks upon our arrival, such a thoughtful touch! Our host, Arzy, was extremely kind, helpful, and made our experience truly enjoyable. She even helped us on the day of our departure, as our flight was later and we had to leave the house at 11 a.m., which we really appreciated. Thank you so much, Arzy, for your attention and kindness. We would highly recommend this place!

The only drawback of the house is that the curtains in the bedrooms are not dark enough, which can disturb sleep

Wow, amazing house and hosts! The house is very large, equipped with everything you need, TV and AC in each bedroom. Swimming pool and jacuzzi included! The hosts welcomed us with drinks and snacks. My mother had a birthday and the hosts provided a wonderful surprise - decorations and a super delicious cake. The hosts took care of us during our stay- took us to the store, asked us how we were doing every day ect. The most hospitable hosts I have ever met. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, buses run from the beach to the center of Larnaca every 20 minutes.

This house is just amazing. Super spacious and top location where you have your room to relax and enjoy life. Near enough to Larnaca city and far away enough for your comfort. The outdoor area is one of the highlights with the pool, hot tub and table tennis. Toys for children were provided and sun beds for everyone of us. A table outside was nice to have lunch in the sun. Inside you feel like you are in a real villa with enough room for the whole family of 5. There is always light in the house as large windows with blinds are to three sides of the house. The host was amazing and extremely (!!) supportive in any questions we had. She provided help by Whatsapp for questions about the city and locations or offered help when we needed something special. I can only recommend this house.

A large beautiful villa with everything you need for living and even more. Great welcome (nice hostess who welcomes you with various snacks). The location is convenient if you have a car.

We loved everything! Firstly thanks to Arzy & Michael. Arzy was fantastic. We only had one issue which was dealt with promptly. Arzy welcomed us at the villa & showed us around. She gave us some tips for around the area & there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival :) The villa is beautiful. We didn't want to leave & would definitely return in the future. It's a home away from home. Everything you could want is there with plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. Area is lovely & quiet. Shops are 5-10 minutes by car. Thanks again to Arzy & Michael for a fantastic holiday.

Amazing welcome, greeted upon arrival-shown around and contact details supplied for further assistance if required etc. A welcome package of essentials ++ everything we needed. Definitely stay again or enquire about their other properties. Even leaving gifts were presented to the young children for the trip home

No faults to be discovered

Arzy was the best host ever, very communicative and friendly, made us feel like home. The house had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable and the fridge was full of refreshments. Truly what a vacation home should be like!

The property had everything we needed and more with the lovely staff always giving us the best service as for places to visit or shop! We arrived on our first day but even before arriving the got in touch with us to make sure our arrival and transport to the property was a smooth one ☺️ We’re definitely going back and we highly recommend it to everyone especially our friends and family ☺️!!!

The villa was perfect. It had everything you needed and more. We were shocked with how much welcome package there was and so appreciative for it. The pick and drop-off at the airport was incredible. We were happy to book a taxi, but Michael and Arzy go above and beyond for their guests. We can not fault our stay at all, from start to finish it was fantastic. Dealing with Michael and Arzy direct was such a personal touch, and I believe that is what makes the villa even more special. Thank you both so much! 🙏🏻

Water pressure is a bit low.

Everything was as described. A very cozy villa for two families. We really appreciated the responsiveness and help of the owners of the villa. All their recommendations - where to shop, what places to see - were very useful to us.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, big garden with sunbeds and 2 grills. Kitchen with everything. Living room very comfortable with big television with Netflix, HBO and Amazon Prime. Big table in dining room. Very comfortable beds - we all were sleeping very good. The owner was very kind - in contact all the time. Just love this place! We will come back for sure!
