We may be the exception, but we were surprised to hear breakfast isn't served til 8.30am and would have preferred it to be earlier. We would have appreciated a bath mat as we found the bath to be a little slippery whilst showering

Spotlessly clean apartment. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds round a quiet pool with lovely views over the sea. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of food at reasonable prices for the evening meal especially considering it's a small hotel with only 30 bedrooms

1. We had small ants in the room behind the bed on the floor and also in the kitchen 2. the hotel is far from the center of Paphos. Not suitable for everyone.

1. The hotel is for adults only, no children, which suited us very well. 2. The room with the sea view was amazing. Nika at the reception gave us warm and caring service. 3. The pool was nice.

The stairs leading to water below the hotel go onto a rocky, rough area that would benefit from a dock to reach the water, as getting in and out was quite difficult.

The location was excellent. There is a seaside promenade you can take to different swimming areas and restaurants. There are kitty cats everywhere that look well fed and taken care of.

Nothing, it as a good and calm stay.

The room we got on the third floor ( number 304 ) has an amazing ocean view, highly recommended. Despite a few negative reviews about the breakfast, I found it to be fine and reasonable with a good variety of fruits, vegetables, pastries, and dairy.

The sofa bed in the living room could be repaired, the legs in the final part are broken

The apartment's terrace was amazing! Breakfast is good, as well as their restaurant. Loved the swimming pool and the views. When we arrived, the air-conditioning in the bedroom was broken, but it was repaired on the same morning we complained with the reception.

Food and drink at the pool and restaurant was very expensive, it was significantly more expensive than restaurants/bars in Paphos. Breakfast not included and was very limited for the cost. Felt a little dated.

Nice setting on the cliff. Good pool set up but the water was too warm. Service around the pool was great. Comfy/spacious room. Free parking.

Everything was great

This is one of the best Appart Hotels that I've stayed in. The staff couldn't do enough, the room was very roomy with a large master bedroom and sitting area. The view from the hotel pool, especially at Sunset, was amazing. Even though there is a public walkway around the pool area, it never felt like there was as it was always quiet. The pool was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Never cold and for the majority of the day you could have the pool area to yourselves. We only had breakfast on the last morning as we preferred to do our own thing, but it was great value and the views from the restaurant of the bay were brilliant. We had a car to travel around and it might be a limiting location if you rely on public transport.

The staff are clearly working very hard to provide a good experience to their visitors. We had a comfortable, spacious room, which the staff had pre-arranged for 3 people. Breakfast had everything you needed, even for vegetarians (beans, halloumi, spinach pie, cereals, yogurt, fruit). The pool is recently renovated, and it’s just short walk to a cooler swim in the sea. Ample parking.

The best location, although the hotel was fully occupied, we did not feel it it has been a long time in Cyprus that I do not feel like alone with such beautiful nature. As for a 3-star hotel - they try, maintain good condition, clean territory we decided that we will definitely come back, the price/quality ratio is excellent

While the room itself was large and functional, it would benefit from some light renovation, particularly in the bathroom, which feels a bit dated. A refresh would definitely enhance the overall experience.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, offering a stunning view—especially during sunset, which was truly unforgettable. The room was impressively spacious, more like a small apartment, complete with a separate bedroom, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was average—adequate to start the day, though nothing particularly extraordinary. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return, especially for the incredible views and ideal location.

The only thing is the location. It's just a bit far from Paphos if you want to go out every night, but it's manageable. On the other hand, being away from the city, one can enjoy the waves and stars on the deck in the evening.

Everything was perfect: staff, cleanliness, pool, parking... We had a room facing the sea, and it was clean, spacious, and the view was awesome. The pool was clean and in June quite empty in the morning.

While the pool is great and quiet it was very warm and the sunbeds could be upgraded, their matresses were a bit old.

Great location, excellent view, clean and everything was brand new in the room , nice design , great food in breakfast , also in the poool bar for lunch and at the litharaki restaurant for dinner. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing It is great value for money totally recommend!
