Some facilities didn’t work. Kettle was broken, the door holder was broken, I had to hold the door of the room to stay open while carrying my child with the stroller

The hotel is very basic regarding furnishing and decorations. It feels a bit ‘cold’ and there is not even a touch of luxury in it. The restaurant’s food wasn’t nice when we had dinner there. The salad vegetables weren’t freshly cut they looked like they were cut from the morning or even worse from the previous day!

The hotel is right on a nice, sandy beach. It is in central Protaras with so many things to do around. It is clean and feels new. Receptions ladies were great!

Expecting a twin room for 2 seniors but only had a double room available. Not impressed. Hotel did provide separate duvet’s but far too heavy & hot for time of year. Bathroom perfect with walk in shower and always plenty of hot water. Curtains across balcony doors did not have black out lining so too bright too early in the morning. For the price, it would have been nice to have provided mattresses on balcony sun beds. Breakfast & lunch always plenty of choice but evening meals a bit limited. Evening bar snacks, never noticed!

The food lacked variety, and despite being advertised as all-inclusive, only one drink was included with each meal. After that, even water had to be requested—and staff were often unavailable to assist. If you went to the bar to order anything yourself, you were told to place your order from the table instead. Staff were generally unresponsive to taking orders, although this seemed more due to hotel policy than individual behavior. The breakfast coffee was of very poor quality. The brochure mentioned one complimentary dinner at the à la carte restaurant, but in reality, it meant choosing from a limited set menu of just three dishes. Booking had to be done a day in advance, even though we noticed many empty tables most evenings. Additionally, one of our rooms had not been cleaned when we checked in on the first day.

The location is really good, easy access to the beach that was a few meters from the hotel. The balconies are spacious and with a great view. The plants and flowers around the hotel are looking great.

Ventilation Issues & Poor Sleep Quality Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a comfortable way to ventilate the room. If you turn on the AC at night, it gets freezing. If you leave it off, the room becomes unbearably hot. Opening the balcony doors wasn’t an option either—mosquitos everywhere. So we ended up having really poor sleep, waking up multiple times during the night. Low-Quality Bathroom Products The shower had a cheap 9-in-1 detergent—definitely not something you'd expect from a place aiming for quality. It felt more like a cost-saving measure than something chosen with guest comfort in mind. Disappointing Breakfast The breakfast was very basic and repetitive. Low-quality ham and cheese, day after day. Is it really that hard to include something like feta or a bit more variety? C’mon… Soundproof is non-existant. Being able to hear every single thing from the hallway is on another level.. and guess what, we said that we will spend our honeymoon in their hotel and we received the room right next to the elevators and main lobby. Gym equipment is just there to fulfill the 4 stars hotel, but it doesn't have anything except leg machines and 1 half bench press.. Again, the staff members were really nice all the time.but overall the price for a 4 star hotel is just not there. I saw multiple 'hotel of the year' signs from 2016 and similar years but..

The location is perfect, near the beach and easily accessible. The staff members are really nice, starting with Stavros who welcomed us and showed everything we needed for our stay.

We live in paphos and go away out of season so was disappointed that it wasn't an indoor heated pool. Thought the sauna was expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in so did not use .

No soundproofing between room and corridor and corridor works as echo chamber which enforces the sounds. You hear sounds from the corridor loudly. Pool area cramped with sunbeds really close to each other.

Breakfast was average at best, the food and drinks are of low quality for a 4-star hotel. The 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom is the cheapest one you can find on the market. It is very noisy at night, with extremely loud music played from the neighboring cafes.

Our suite was really spacious with a spectacular balcony and the best sea view I have ever had. The location is superb. The two smaller pools and proximity to the beach were perfect for my kid. Dinner was actually good, with a lot of food variations and choices.
