Stunning location and beautifully designed villa in a gorgeous and extremely peaceful area of Cyprus with stunning views. The rooms are beautifully designed like hotel rooms with the comfort of hotel rooms: slippers, dressing gowns, toiletries. Very clean, lovely pool and sunbeds.

We loved the villa, it was perfect for a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped, beds super comfortable. A car is required due to the location.

As we provided arrival time it would have been nice to have had the A/C on rather then having to locate and work out for ourselves on arrival. Was a little odd finding someone in the front garden the second day, apparently he own the place so be prepared for a visitor!

Having a few essentials available on arrival was wonderful after a lot of traveling, didn’t need to visit the supermarket until the next day. Amazing view, beautiful sunsets, quiet location. Easy to get to the beach and into the village.

Villa was very well maintained and looked amazing, we had all the family stay and their was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Host was very nice and helpful with exellent commuication throughout, we also had a late checkout given to us and didnt leave the villa until 5pm, very kind of the host to let us use the villa all day with a flight at 9pm it was really appreciated.

... which was the cleanliness. It was NOT great. The linens were clean, the towels were washed but rather long before our stay and didn't feel fresh. The rooms and bathroom were not cleaned properly, definately not matching the building's standard. Someone did clean them, but did a rather poor job. Most of the utensils in the kitchen required washing before first use. Other than that - the stay was perfect.

Very luxurious experience. Super comfy beds, top-notch linens. Fantastically equipped bedrooms - full bathroom and smart tv in each one. Quite nicely equipped kitchen. Appliances functional yet relatively cheap compared to the overall luxurious vibes. Location - perfect for the views, but would not recommed gettig arounf without a car. Very good communication with the host. All in all - great stay, with just a little wrinkle...

Couldn’t find a plug point for a hair dryer close to a mirror.

Modern and well designed with nice touches like molton brown soaps and lotions. Also a decent welcome pack. Comfy beds , large bedrooms, fabulous views, quiet location but easy access to restaurants etc just a short drive away.

As the villa is high up, it can become very windy, often blowing things over, so be aware not to leave things outside.

Everything was top tier. 5* Welcome pack we got was a very nice touch and appreciated after arriving from a late night flight. Eggs, milk, bread, tea, coffee, very thoughtful of the host. Car delivered first thing the next morning, taxis arranged for us. The villa is very clean. There was nothing more I could have asked for Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing but positive comments

Well, the first thing to mention is the view, wow!! absolutely breathtaking! The house is positioned in a private area away from main village. The standard and quality of fittings and furnishings is high. The beds are amazing very comfortable with high quality linen. Lots of really great touches such as plenty of towels for the 4 bathrooms and pool. We felt very at home and had a fabulous two weeks. The family were very helpful, and fast to respond to any questions we had.

The products were not Molton brown. One downstairs bathroom had a couple of Molton brown bottles, but they weren't Molton brown products with the wrong colour and smell for named variety. In the other bathrooms 2 different coloured creams in the same bottles so clearly topping up with anything other than the bottle product, not very good for allergies. Towels are nice and big and thick but for a lux villa have seen better days. Toilet paper absolutely appalling we went to public toilets whilst out and about with better paper. Kitchen limited for utensils and oven trays if you are wanting to cook we did find the kitchen a tad small as we like to cook. Outside BBQ again the BBQ very small and wouldn't have space for much. an outside eating area would have been nice if there was a covered space even to have breakfast which was the least windy part of the day, other times however with the wind that would have been impossible to eat outside. Could do with a welcome instruction pack for cooker etc and would be nice to have some information on the local area things to do, places to eat,shop, taxis etc would have been a nice touch and very useful. Maybe a thought for future. Even for guests to leave a note in a visitor book maybe? Cushions on the loungers would have been good as they are quite uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Having 3 woman in the one place the other thing was no tall mirror anywhere which is odd and with 2 young ladies they were always wanting to see. A simple fix and useful for future guests. The one thing that really really annoyed me and made my husband mad was their parents came in to do the garden one day, which wasn't a problem, however when we left to go out they then went into the locked villa, left the kitchen. Door open as we came back to mess on the floor and then they went into every room.

Beautiful sized villa will ample room to be away from others if you so wish. Nice and quiet area. Lovely views if you get a clear day, it was very hazy when we were there. A visit from all the local kitties (being an animal lover this was just perfect) Most amazing beds and good air conditioning. Nice to have robes and slippers and yoga mats. A lovely breakfast pack awaits you with small essentials. If booking again I would first ask though about the surrounding developments as there are lots of sold plots and lots of plots for sale so there will be building works I am sure very soon. The villa is named very aptly due to the wind. Most days it was welcomed to cool off, some days the wind was pretty crazy and everything went everywhere and annoying. But we knew it was a windy place before going. Despite the small negatives below I would still choose another stay here in the villa. A must visit is the town square nice lovely atmosphere with a Friday Cypriot night. Recommended the bunch of grapes restaurant ate a few times, lovely fresh food and everything we ate was great. Found just off the town square. A visit to George Theophanous winery in Pissouri is also a good thing to do great tour and lovely man. Mind and book though.

We loved the villa! We had to be very careful around the pool with our 3 year old as the pool had no shallow end. However, we expected this, so no fault of the villa. This wouldn't stop is going back! Some re-usable plastic cups may be an idea for poolside as we had a few accidents with the strong winds/children.

We had a fantastic stay in Windhill Edge with my family. The rooms were nicer than a 5* hotel and the place was spotless on arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Gregory also left out swimming toys for the children which was a kind gesture. We were there with our 3 and 6 year old who loved the pool. We were also left some essentials and a delicious bottle of wine on arrival.

The title says it - from premium amenities, kitchen utensils, props, lightning, even a pen - everything except the dishwasher, which was perfectly working, but not premium :) - the entire villa was totally clean - if you arrive late, there was enough food for a first breakfast in the fridge - the pool was and stayed clean for 5 days without having to cover or clean it - the view from terrace is visible on the photos, but the villa layout is very smart so you can enjoy views from almost every room without sacrificing privacy - privacy and silence - the owner responds quickly on the phone + should you need any assistance (we didnt, so not tested), his sister lives 2 minutes away - we were allowed a very late checkout until 1400 free of charge due to our plane was scheduled late. A few thing to note (it doesnt feel fair to put these into the dislike part, because I didnt dislike any of them): - the pool was not heated. I enjoyed the refreshing water in the pool almost every morning, however some people might consider the water a bit cold in November (maybe it is optionally possible to heat but as I said, for me it was perfect) - as the name suggests, the view comes at a cost - on colder windy days, the terrace and pool might be less comfortable. During our stay only 1 day was a bit of wind and none were cold in November - rental car is essential

It’s hard to be critical as the villa is so nice but to enhance the stay a folder with information about the villa, the area, and how to operate the washing machine, cooker dish washer etc would be very useful. The other thing that we would like to see is the pool being heated, even for an extra charge, as the villa shades the pool most of the day and never really warms up. I know many people wouldn’t mind this but for us, and my daughter and family who stayed there in June, felt the same. However I would go back in a ‘heartbeat’ even if these couple of things were the same.

The villa is beautifully appointed and is furnished to a very high standard. Beds are super comfortable and if you like quiet, this is the villa for you! Andrea and Gregory, the owners, are very nice people to deal with and are really friendly and courteous.

This property is a stunning villa presented to the highest standards. The fixture and fittings are amazing, with incredible lighting throughout. The attention to detail for comfort of guests is of the highest standards. There are luxury robes, towels and linen. High quality lounger towels, Molton Brown toiletries. The outside and interior furniture is of the highest quality. Every little detail has been thought of to make your stay special. The Villa has amazing views and is a lovely quiet location.

We had some troubles to start the oven, but with a little patience it worked as well.

At arrival, we already had cold beer, coca cola, wine and water in the fridge and could enjoy a beautiful fruit plate. The pool was cleaned almost daily. Alle three rooms are comparable with own bathroom. The light installations in the whole house was very impressive and delightful
