Quite new structure, clean and comfortable. The rooms are large. Breakfast was tasty. Free parking and reasonable addirional fee for a dog. Nice wellness area.

No air conditioning in the rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was a highlight — great selection and very tasty. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d be happy to come back.

Overall atmosphere of the hotel is friendly and pleasant. The interior is cozy and well-maintained. Lovely big shower head, very satisfying.

No room cleaning (towel was not replaced). Bad quality all-in-one soap/shampoo/shower gel. Toilet seat hasn't been cleaned for a while and was disgusting.

The manager/owner - despicable behaviour towards paying customers. Other people working there on the contrary very kind and helpful.

Extremely clean. Modern contemporary design. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking on-site. Great breakfast selection with quality foods, not your average buffet breakfast. Exceptional dinners too.

I booked a deluxe room however something went wrong with our reservation and it was all totally fully booked. So we got a normal double room. The owner felt pretty bad about it so we didn't have to pay for the dog and childbed. However, the costs for a dog and childbed are pretty high here and it's not mentioned on Booking.com. The breakfast was really nice and the hospitality is good. Personally I did not like the spaghetti bolognese. Nevertheless that's very personal. The location is beautiful.

We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't stay in the room what we booked.

We were the first guests in the room. So - everything was clean and stylish. - Brand new stylish child tent and stand for child drawing. Forgot to provide something to draw though. - Well-equipped kitchen (forks are missing though). - Exceptional breakfast and restaurant food. - Overall friendly and helpful personal. - Nice children playing corner in the cafeteria area (it is quite hidden and we would appreciate smb telling us there is a children corner in another room before we found this on our own on tge 2nd day of our stay). - Super tight nice mattresses and generally comfortable sleeping set up. - Overall quite and nice location (nearby Jizerske hory), store with everything and nice helpful personal nearby. - nice and comfy settings

- no blackout curtains were the reason we have not slept much. With blinds there was quite a lot of sun in the mornings. Probably will be fixed as there were curtain holders. - No A/C and a lot of huge windows in the side where sun rises -> very hot even with a ventilator. - the room location is on the way of coming guestes and when you need to open the windows due to hot whether, you risk to be disturbed by guests coming at 22 or later (we were with 2 y.o. So we already slept at this time). - the outer lights are automatic and that is why they randomly get on during the night. Which would be ok if there were blackout curtains. - outdoor playground is 1.5 km away on the road that is not well walkable. Although those are considered under the same brand, we felt bad not ordering anything there even though we would not need anything. Visit the playground, it is nearby Mannes forest in a very nice location :) we were happy to walk our dog in the mornings there. - terrace is not private (all the guests can seat there) and view from windows is on the parking lot. However, the opportunity to walk outside through the big window door was nice. - as one wall is basically windows facing parking lot (with 6-8 cars, but still), one cannot live with open blinds. Which discards all the benefits of big windows. - the main man (owner?) was a few times pissed off with personal (he was exceptionally friendly with us). This was uncomfortable. - huge soft pillows. Would appreciate some orthopedic option available.

Great house made breakfast, really nice staff in all aspects providing great personal service. Nice and comfortable private wellness.

We had a great stay! Can’t recommend this place enough! Very nice clean rooms,amazing breakfast,really good restaurant with a great bar in a cute village close to Liberec/Ještěd. We traveled with a dog and a baby and the staff was super friendly and accomodating.Thank you so much! We had a great time and hope we will get to go back! :)

Small room but nice, clean and modern. Good shower. Excellent restaurant, highly recommended, very friendly chef and wonderful food! Breakfast also great.

The room was far too hot, even with the window open and one of the mattresses was extremely soft and had a big dip in the middle. Needless to say, I did not sleep well at all and had a painful back and neck in the morning. Also, the hotel was very quiet, there was no one there to greet us, we had to see ourselves in, didn’t feel particularly welcoming.

Great breakfast. Nice localization in very small and quiet city.

Room heating is centrally controlled, it is not possible to change the temperature in the room yourself.

Well reconstructed, clean and cozy place.

The staff was simply terrible, unprofessional and at times straight up rude.
