Although the place was really nice, there are two things I had a problem with. As I didnt want to park on the street I soecifically looked for places with parking, but when we arrived they told us that the parking lot was full, so I still had to park on the street. Also the plase is called a Spa Hotel, even though it doesnt actually have any spa facilities itself. The Orient Spa is right next door, but you still have to pay full price, which for my taste was very expensive.

Terrace was not open on Monday and Sunday evening. Should be told on website. Spa was not included. Service personal at first day breakfast do not ask for anything (eg intolerance or further services).

There is no electric kettle. I suppose adding one might require some effort due to the old infrastructure. But at least the hotel could have a coffee/tea corner instead of offering guests a glass of hot water for 1 euro in the restaurant.

Another stay at the hotel. Very nice staff, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, breakfast spoiled, hot dishes were not warm, they quickly ran out. Tables after previous breakfast customers not cleared, because there were too many people at the same time - large tours. Parking on the street right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, not so far from the City center, with the parking inside the hotel (10 EUR per day). The best thing is the breakfast that is really amazing, and on the level of 5* hotel, so, all praise for it.

Ventilation- It could get a bit stuffy in the room. This is the only thing that could be improved upon.

On the 4 beds in the room, 2 matress have lower quality, that is not given equal conditions for each host. There is no additional equipment like kettle or possibility to drink something that is not fitting with the 4* hotel standing. Even the name of hotel is called "spa" there is no access to spa included in the price of the room or competitive/ privilege prices for the hosts. Breakfast is not bad but not corresponding to the category of hotel for example no croissant, pastries, no breakfast tea or orange juice 1 hour before end of serving.

They gave us room prepared just for one person. We had to wait for another room and when we finally got to the room, at the reception they forgot to upload the system and another guest entered the room. It was very unprofessional

No restaurant available in the evening. The Spa area is kind of separate from the hotel. No bathrobes available in the room.

The room we stayed in needs maintenance, There was water damage in the ceiling, the sides of the mattress needs a massive clean, Looks to have been missed. The room was very hot, Looks like the room only had a floor fan, If there was also air-conditioning we couldn't find the controls for it.

Positioning and price were both great, staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was fantastic.

One socket didnt work, so we couldnt use aircondition properly, which was problem it that superhot night

10 minutes walking from the centre, room was nice and clean. Breakfast good, nothing really special. We could park just in front of the hotel (paid parking)

Great hotel in a great location. Comfortable bed, huge room with access to the terrace, bathroom with bathtub and shower, air conditioning. Good breakfast, hot and cold. Only the cleanliness of the breakfast tables could be improved.
