Central location, good breakfast with nice ambience- flowers, good bathroom facilities, balcony

Carpet rather old, dusty under the bed, room rather small, old fashioned rather cheap deco, partly not renovated/not quite well kept

In summer it seems difficult to get fresh air into this room.

Although the place was really nice, there are two things I had a problem with. As I didnt want to park on the street I soecifically looked for places with parking, but when we arrived they told us that the parking lot was full, so I still had to park on the street. Also the plase is called a Spa Hotel, even though it doesnt actually have any spa facilities itself. The Orient Spa is right next door, but you still have to pay full price, which for my taste was very expensive.

Terrace was not open on Monday and Sunday evening. Should be told on website. Spa was not included. Service personal at first day breakfast do not ask for anything (eg intolerance or further services).

Young staff upstairs on the roof terras is very poorly trained and absolutely not welcoming. We have visited the terrace twice. Once straight after the arrival. Members of staff were resting on the sofa and we had to go and order refreshments ourselves. The second visit was even poorer, at 9.30pm we were told by young member of staff that the system is down and they cannot serve us anymore. It was said in very rude way and added ‘good bye’ at the end. Very rude. The hotel is presented as a four star hotel but it is very far from that. Very dated with portable and very loud air conditioning, breakfast very basic for this type of property. For the money we paid for the stay is absolutely not worth the visit.

Great place, with nice view from the balcony and very well located. Room was big, clean and with a really roomy bathroom.

Very good location. Near old city centre, near shopping mall, near city bus connections. Nice terrace view. Very comfortable room and fabulous breakfast!

Could be little cleaner, some maintaince is due, parking could be free with some rule first come first served.

There is no electric kettle. I suppose adding one might require some effort due to the old infrastructure. But at least the hotel could have a coffee/tea corner instead of offering guests a glass of hot water for 1 euro in the restaurant.

Another stay at the hotel. Very nice staff, comfortable bed. Unfortunately, breakfast spoiled, hot dishes were not warm, they quickly ran out. Tables after previous breakfast customers not cleared, because there were too many people at the same time - large tours. Parking on the street right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was very poor, no vegetables, not a great selection.

The rooms were very clean with the big joining balcony. The staff were very friendly. We were able to leave the car in the garage before check-in, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also good. The room had a safe, we didn't need one but maybe someone will find it helpful. The location is great, 5 min walk from the centre. Thank you for everything.
