Staff could've been more friendly and not joking about serious things. There was no yogurt during our first breakfast. Expensive parking (we parked elsewhere to solve it).

We liked the location - close to city center but still quiet. Swimming pool was small but good enough for relax, as well as sauna. Breakfast was OK.

The swimming pool was not big enough for more than 3 people to use it at one time.( We Werę lucky that no one was useing it mid morning, so we had it to ourselves for 4 days. 👍

Pool was not very nice. Parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of with larger vehicles.

Easy walk to downtown. Reception open late. Lobby can accommodate big party. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lovely rooms with tall ceilings.

On the second day we told the housekeeping that they did not need to clean the room or change the towels but they could come on the third day but on the third day there was no housekeeping in the Hotel so for three days we had the old towels no toilet roll and our rubbish cans were not emptied- a minus point-it was a Saturday

The Breakfast was really good caters to everyones needs- hot/cold and fitness Buffet. the Room was spacious with a balcony and The spa was small but when we were there we were alone.

The pool however is tiny, more of a sit-in pool than a swimming pool. Don't expect to swim there. The gym is almost as big as a closet. They have some equipment lined up like bikes and one of these running conveyor things. (I think) Maybe 2 or 3 of these big balls to lay on, and some skipping ropes. The skipping ropes you would have to do outside of the gym in the hallway since there's no room for skipping in the gym itself. The hallway is right by the spa where they do the beauty applications. So you'd be disturbing everyone else.

The hotel and the room were beautiful and clean. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast buffet has had a nice variety. The staff is friendly. It is walking distance to the heart of Marienbad. The spa offers health and beauty applications. It would be wise to book them in advance. They were all friendly. They have saunas one can use. The hotel is dog friendly. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Water temperature a little bit low, after 15 minutes in the pool I started to feel cold. Close time of the pool very earlier (8:00). Most of the staff don't speak English.

We stayed in rooms 108 and 109, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was edible, but not good. The service was not good at all. At breakfast, there were no free tables, we had to stand with our plates in our hands. Also, they didn't manage to refill the buffet at breakfast.

The evening meal was served very quickly, which made the ambience and experience a disappointment. On the second evening, after having asked them to only bring the next dish once i had finished the one i was eating, they obliged, and the experience was great.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, having enough for everyone's needs. The evening meal was delicious, and the options varied. The room was clean and very spacious. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the services really good.

I was disappointed by the attitude in the hotel, they offered me a standard room under the roof which was much smaller and totally different from the one that I actually booked. I had to pay additional fee to be upgraded. The "deluxe" room thst I received looked actually a lot like my standard room that I was supposed to get. I barely got any sleep as is was hot and there was no conditioning so I had to keep the windows open. The road nearby is really active even overnight. It was noisy even with the windows closed.

Great location, everything you need is nearby. The room had two windows and a nice view. The bed was big and comfortable, nice towels. Some of the furniture looks worn out but it was not critical. Nice breakfast with many good choices
