"The hotel staff was super nice, great terrace.

There were problems with the breakfast on the second day. At 8:30 the selection was almost gone. The bed linen had a little bit mold and was marked with a marker."

We liked the location - close to city center but still quiet. Swimming pool was small but good enough for relax, as well as sauna. Breakfast was OK.

Staff could've been more friendly and not joking about serious things. There was no yogurt during our first breakfast. Expensive parking (we parked elsewhere to solve it).

No AC in the rooms, during a heat wave, it gets really stuffy.

Although our hotel was on the main street we weren’t desturbed by traffic. Our room was at the back of the hotel.

The swimming pool was not big enough for more than 3 people to use it at one time.( We Werę lucky that no one was useing it mid morning, so we had it to ourselves for 4 days. 👍

Parking places are limited, but there is free parking places near to Kaufland.

We stayed in rooms 108 and 109, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The best part was the incredible staff—they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. They were so friendly and accommodating, even extending our sauna time, which was a wonderful bonus. The food was exceptional, and every meal felt like being at home with a homemade touch. Overall, the hospitality, the comfort, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in Mariánské Lázně!

Easy walk to downtown. Reception open late. Lobby can accommodate big party. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lovely rooms with tall ceilings.

Pool was not very nice. Parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of with larger vehicles.

The Breakfast was really good caters to everyones needs- hot/cold and fitness Buffet. the Room was spacious with a balcony and The spa was small but when we were there we were alone.

On the second day we told the housekeeping that they did not need to clean the room or change the towels but they could come on the third day but on the third day there was no housekeeping in the Hotel so for three days we had the old towels no toilet roll and our rubbish cans were not emptied- a minus point-it was a Saturday

The rooms were spacious, clean and fairly comfortable.

The food was edible, but not good. The service was not good at all. At breakfast, there were no free tables, we had to stand with our plates in our hands. Also, they didn't manage to refill the buffet at breakfast.

We enjoyed the location and the food. It is good hotel to stay when in Marianske Lazne.

Super nice bedroom and nice view to surrounding. Great location to reach beautiful places to visit. About 100 meters walk to Halal Restaurant - Istanbul Kebab House. Great breakfast menu.

Electric water boiler not provided.. Though not that bad as the breakfast has all we need.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, having enough for everyone's needs. The evening meal was delicious, and the options varied. The room was clean and very spacious. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the services really good.

The evening meal was served very quickly, which made the ambience and experience a disappointment. On the second evening, after having asked them to only bring the next dish once i had finished the one i was eating, they obliged, and the experience was great.
