The breakfast could offer more variety of choice. Finding a parking place in the neighbourhood is a challenge.

We had a perfect stay at Alisa Hotel. The place is unique, just in front of the river right in the city center, the interiors are beautifull, you can feel the scent of former glory... The room was very clean and comfortable. And everything for a very reasonable price.

The bed mattresses already used with the characteristic indentation in the middle. Small dining area, with only 6 tables, can be a problem by larger number of guests coming to breakfast in the same time.

Our room had very dangerous shower stall door that you could either open only a bit or they would fall out. A picture from a set in the room was obviously missing, there were scuff marks on the wall in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central pedestrian area of ​​the city, where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and amenities. There is also quick access to the hills above Karlovy Vary, where you can walk in a picturesque forest. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel, the restaurant was quiet and not crowded. The hotel is cozy and we didn't have any issues.

When most of the guests come at the same time, it's difficult to find a table for breakfast. I would avoid the economy single room on the fourth floor.

The location was great. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The suite with balcony on the first floor was beautiful.

A bit hard to find a parking spot around the hotel, also not possible to stop your car close to the entrance to get your luggage off. The breakfast was okay, but it was not easy to get a table, the room is very small for the size of the hotel. We also had some stains on the wall, some spider nets on the windows - this is not something you'd expect in a 4-star hotel.

We didn't get a room that we ordered. We got a room without a twin bed so we ask to provide a temporarily bed instead. Eventually it wasn't as comfortable as a normal bed

Here is no parking , even bay for drop off not available. Staff don't speak English. You need to rise upstairs before entering in hotel facility. No lobby. Modest breakfast. Hotel is clean and not bad at all - but can't understand how it has 4*.

Hotel locates directly opposite well known Pupp grand hotel - it is positive impression. The room was clean and with high ceiling, the building is old-style with past century décor.

Unfortunately our view looked back towards the stairs, and the curtains did not block the morning lights but these are just little inconveniences.

Really beautiful hotel from the outside as well as from the inside next to the river near the city center. The staff is kind and helpful, at first our room could not be occupied due to some maintanence problems and since it was the last room in this hotel they booked a room for us in another hotel across the street, but somehow they managed to do the reparation before we arrived and informed us. It was a huge luck since our room was like in a palace, blue walls with blue rolyal carpets a white-golden bed with canopy and chandeliers just like in a fairytale.

Breakfast could be a little more creative. The double rooms are a bit small, but that's how the architecture of these buildings is - not the fault of the hotel.

LOCATION: the hotel is perfectly located, in a beautiful building by the river, right in the old town. There are restaurants and shops even 20m away and the promenade of the old town is 5 min away. STAFF: The staff is extremely nice, ready to solve any problem or request. They even sent us a message after we left, everyone was very nice. FACILITIES: the rooms are equipped with the things you need as a tourist, are clean and are also pet friendly. Breakfast is included, both cold an warm dishes. PARKING: this may be a problem in Karlovy Vary. The hotel has a few places available for 15 euro/night, but we didn't catch any. We parked in a parking by the river, 7 min away from the hotel. It was free during the night and costed 10 euro/day, all very safe.

Internet was not working (they had an outage at the time of our stay) Floor of shower corner was not installed properly We asked for 2 sepparate beds, that i mentioned even at custom wishes, the actual two single beds were connected into 1 big one. We had to sepparate them ourself Leate breakfest starting at 8:00 No free parking around. All of negatives are very minor issues, overal it is great hotel.

The only thing I can point out that the room had a kitchen with a kettle and glasses but no tea or coffee in the room and if you want to drink in your room after the reception is closing, you can't.

Basically - everything. The building is beautiful, the room was big with an amazing view. The owner, Ludwig, was really nice and helpful and really made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choices and everything is fresh! The street is quiet and nothing disturbed our sleep. Location is great! 20 minutes walk to train\bus main station, 3 minutes walk to Diana cable car and 5 minutes walk to almost all the springs. Lots of café and restaurant nearby with many different food choices. This hotel was really a great choice and I will recommend it to friends and family for their visit to Karlovy Vary

Nothing- after a raft of hotels, this one will be memorable.

Everything! I travel a lot and rarely does a property exceed my expectations but this hotel certainly did. It is a classic, nice big rooms are tastefully adorned and it is situated directly across from the Grand Pupp ( for a fraction of the price). The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met - big shout out to the manager Tomas who genuinely went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. A very nice included breakfast to boot! Personally, can’t recommend it highly enough.
