Recensione verificataBuona la posizione per raggiungere in breve tempo il centro di Praga con i validi servizi pubblici. Personale della reception accogliente e professionale. Valido il servizio di deposito bagagli.
Colazione, prevalentemente salata ma con buona disponibilità di dolce. Purtroppo il reintegro era molto molto lento, in alcuni casi bisognava chiedere al personale di sala. Servizio pulizia della camera pessimo: prima notte tutto ok, seconda notte non hanno prelevato gli asciugamani sporchi e non hanno fornito quelli puliti. Mi hanno lasciato in camera le tazze da noi usate per bere un infuso, assurdo per un 4 stelle non mettere bicchieri puliti e nuove bustine infusi. In un comodino della camera vi era un calzino sporco di un precedente cliente. Mi spiace ma così non va per un quattro stelle

Recensione verificataTutta la struttura in generale. Cortesia e professionalità di tutto il personale della reception e per la colazione. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro (Km 2). Mezzi pubblici efficientissimi.
L'unica pecca la pulizia delle camere. Un bicchiere sporco è rimasto sul tavolo per 3 giorni. Un po di capelli (non nostri) in bagno 2 giorni. Il lenzuolo non era steso bene (per niente) e i cuscini lasciati come li trovavano al mattino.

Recensione verificataLa posizione è perfetta a 3 min a piedi dai mezzi, il buffet a colazione era buono ma potrebbero aggiungere più cose dolci (c'era poca scelta), la pulizia della camera sempre perfetta e cambiavano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni(anche shampoo e sapone) , lo staff ci ha pure permesso di lasciare i bagagli lì anche dopo il checkout finché ne avevamo bisogno
Di per se era tutro ok tranne per qualche piccolezza del tipo ci aspettavamo un letto doppio e non 2 letti singoli attaccati (era comunque comodo), i cuscini erano troppo morbidi, nel senso che la testa era più appoggiata al letto che al cuscino e i piumini erano 2 piccoli anziché 1 grande per il letto

Recensione verificataAccoglienza ottima,staff gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro. La pulizia se non richiesta non viene effettuata. Colazione dolci lascia un pochino a desiderare,il salato buono. A disposizione bagno doccia,crema corpo e set di cortesia. Frigobar assortito con prezzi bassissimi. In camera disponibile bollitore per caffè e tisane. Alla partenza ci sono state regalate 3 bottiglie di acqua,un gesto davvero gradito. Lo consiglio.
