No parking for hotel guests

Worst hotel experience ever! I got a room on the last floor which doesn't have an elevator that reach but until that point its fine When I get in the room there is a terrible smell (a mix between sweat and moisture). I went to the reception to get help they told me someone will come in 1h. How can you not come with me right now that's weird. Then when someone finally comes they just put some Febreeze and leave, won't change bed sheets or nothing just a small spray. I complained to Booking but the hotel in bad faith denied my claim so I still payed my room knowing I didn't even last more than 2 hours there. They stole from me and won't even try to work with me to find a solution! Won't step foot there!

Close to the centre.

There was no parking, however I booked the room with parking. The bath was quite dirty. Breakfast was very poor with small selection of minimum 2 days old breads and rolls! Disappointment.

Location was very good. Receptionist were very helpful.

Short of people at the property. We had to wait 2 hours to get inside because reception were closed. Receptionist was ill. They had no alternative. Bedsheets & duvet covers were bit old. I was expecting new in the Superior apartment. Also in 44m2 apartment they only 1 small air condition machine.

The rooms just felt unclean, the bathroom was full of mould in the shower. I seen 1 staff member for a few minutes during the stay. The breakfast room had mould on the ceiling, hence why I didn’t have breakfast

Our room was spacious and was looking at the castle. It is the perfect location to discover Prague. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and could leave our luggage at the reception.

Great location – very central, around 950 meters by foot from the main attractions. Super convenient! Reception staff was excellent – very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed – mattress was good enough for a night’s rest.

Cleanliness was disappointing – the room was not clean upon arrival, even though I requested cleaning after checking in. Early check-in not possible – I had asked for it in advance, but it was completely refused. Bedding was dusty – pillows and bedsheets didn’t feel fresh or clean. It was tolerable for one night, but not pleasant. No basic facilities – there were no glasses, kettle, or simple items in the room, which was surprising for a hotel. Overpriced currency exchange – although the price was listed as €X, they converted it using an inflated rate (1 EUR = 25.10 CZK) instead of the real rate (around 24 CZK). This means you end up paying more than €X. I recommend asking to pay in EUR directly to avoid losing money.
