We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandIs a up hill to the apartment, so make sure your driver drop you at the right place or it’s pretty tiring to walk with luggage, and be aware there is only one shower.
The apartment is clean, pretty have everything you need and Klaudie is so helpful and responds quickly. We will definitely stay here again !

United KingdomIt's a 15 minute walk from any reasonably priced parking with bags - offloading at the property isn't really a realistic option as the street is narrow and to get out again would require a multi point turn on a steep hill. The described free parking seemed a bit odd as we were advised not to return to the vehicle until departure. So be prepared to walk, which includes at least one hill. The recommended paid parking at the Hotel Thermal we were told should be about €10 for 24 hours. The Hotel Thermal parking is actually €24 for 24 hours, and €20 for 10 hours. The host should update this information - I doubt it has been €10 for a very long time! Just at the bottom of the hill from the Hotel Thermal there is a carpark that is €12 for 24 hours, but it only has around 20 places and is popular, most other options in the vicinity of the pedestrian spa zone seem to be more short stay. It was the cheapest we found. One of the bedrooms in the common / living /eating area and the only seating there is the table and chairs or to sit on the bed itself - comfortable to sleep on, not so much to sit on to relax in the evening. Luckily we did have the cash in Euros to leave on the table as instructed to pay the tourist tax - but it would have been helpful to be informed how this should be paid much sooner than just 90 minutes before checkout - this information could be included in the general information message. It's €2 per person, children included.
Spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. To get the lights to work you need to first flip the main electricity override switch to the right when you enter. Well heated, shower was also good. It was nice to have 5 seats for the table - but not enough for 6 if you are more. Contact was detailed and easy to follow.

It is a nicely refurbished modern property. Since the property is located at the spa zone, you are allowed to stop for loading only infront of the house. However,Matej kindly instructed us where to park for free nearby, only just a few minutes walk.
