Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was the only downside for us - close to a busy road, we had to keep the windows closed all the time because of the noise.
Very clean and comfortable apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Large and comfortable bathroom. Very good contact with the owner. Nice parking.

We had the pleasure of staying at Apartment X28 and our experience was truly excellent. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully designed, and located in a contemporary building, which immediately gives a sense of comfort and quality. Everything inside feels fresh and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — all the appliances are there, working perfectly, and it really feels like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the little details: there was coffee and tea waiting for us, a well-equipped kitchen, and everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making sure their guests feel welcome and relaxed. It is only a pity that we were just passing through and could not stay longer, because this is exactly the kind of place where you can rest, recharge, and enjoy your time without any worries. For anyone looking for a modern, clean, and fully equipped apartment, I can warmly recommend Apartment X28 — it is a wonderful choice, and we would gladly return in the future

The apartman is perfect. It's new, clean and fully equipped, there is everything you may need while staying. It's located just by the main road, but it's a bit confusing (at least to google maps) how to get to the parking space. There is no problem with arriving late at night, as you receive a code to the gate and to the keybox via SMS.

Availability, flat next to the transit road to or from Poland, so a perfect place to stay if you want to crush for a night and get some rest for the further trip. The flat has all the equipment needed, is very comfy and modern, very lovely. Had a very nice and long sleep there. 10/10

It is by a very busy road, ++ but inside the apartment it is silent and no dust. And air-condition with ionization

This modern and nicely furnished apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. It's located just a few minutes walk from the Mikulov's gorgeous main square and the castle. The host was very responsive and helpful. We arrived late in the evening for a one-night stay to recharge on our way back home from Italy to Poland. It was such a nice surprise to find out the beds were already set up for us!

Gorgeous appartment, better than on the pictures. Exceed expectations. Everything you need is there. Spacious. We were passing the city, and needed a hotel at the road. It is right at the motorway and has huge supermarket across the road. Very comfortable.

Smell in the apartment that wont go off even after leaving the windows open the whole day. Very cheap bedding and duvets. Located in very bad part of town.
