The room's design was depressing, and there was no coffee machine. The pictures on the booking website did not clearly show what kind of bathroom or room you would get. The WLAN was functioning only part of the time, and the hosts did not reply to my messages. However, these are insignificant issues.

The room was quiet, the courtyard was beautiful, the water pressure and shower were excellent, and you could come and go as you pleased. The hostess was very nice and easy-going at the reception desk, but after that, no further communication was possible. However, since the Czech Republic is part of the EU and we only had a minor WLAN issue, this was perfectly acceptable to us.

I was locked out twice. There’s no reception and it’s a key you use. Multiple times I was out late, came back, and the door was jammed and could not open. I had to resolve this. Fortunately everytime I called them despite it being late, they came down and opened it from the other side.

It was clean, simple, if I had a request they’d fulfill it. Very nice for the money. Great location. Right in the town centre and near the bus station.

I liked everything. Just a suggestion: maybe they could have better curtains for protecting light and also little basic shampoo.

I loved the location and quality prince ratio. Also the interaction with the manager. It gave me the impression that she takes a very good care of the apartment

Bed linen had some weird smell, and bed sheets were old, all in pellets, definitely need to be replaced. I liked there was a kitchen in the apartments, but the hosts could have provided some simple tea or coffee or something, just to show some hospitality. That does not cost much, but adds to comfort of the people arriving.

Spent several days there, while visiting music festival. Cool location near railway station and some good restaurants, quiet place, friendly hosts.

Breakfast could have been more creative, every day more-or-less the same (rather small) choice. Towels had some odd smell, like they were not dried properly.

Windows are to the corridor so it was little bit hot in the apartment. Car can be parked inside the countryard for some little extra money, but gate has to be opened by someone from personnel. Maybe beds were too soft for us.

The apartment was clean and cozy. It is located about 100 m from main square, close to the Nachod castle. Windows are not to the street so it is quite silent place. There was small chaos on arrival as more people arrived in the same time, but everything was prepared, wifi worked and peple were friendly.

there was cold water in the shower, we did not get the room we booked, we had problem contacting the staff when checking in and then with getting the wifi passwords to work. the rooms were not as pretty as expected, more of a hostel unfortunatelky. Kitchen was shared with other rooms. the breakfast was a big disapointement. coffie is only instant. a whole table dedicated to 100 types of tea. one type of bread with one type of ham and chese. you get scrambled eggs with like three slices of paprica and two slices of cucumer on the side made by the staff there and thats bassically it. they dont even have butter:( on the booking it aslo said we could pay in euro, however during check out we were told to pay in CZK.

A Great place to stay right in the heart of Nachod ,its a 5 mins walking distance from the Train and Bus station, The place is value for money , the staff goes out of their way to help you out , As a first time visitor and on the very first day I landed in Europe , I stayed at this place for first 5 days of my trip from 5th to 10th August 2024 while attending music festival in Jaromer and I'm really grateful for the guidance and the help I received from them, warm and welcoming is the what would associate with them, always smile on their face to brighten up your day, can't imagine any better place I could have stayed in, highly recommended if you're in Nachod.

Beds were a bit old. Normally I don't mind, but the bed board was a little bit warped, (or maybe the mattress?), meaning getting into a comfortable flat position for sleeping really wasn't possible. Hopefully this can be improved.

Wonderful, friendly and helpful host! Incredibly pretty small town, everything close by and enjoyable. Very friendly community, walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Mountains, lake, horseback riding nearby, as well as bus/train station and town center. Room was large, super clean and very comfortable. Everything there: kitchen, fridge, micro, sink etc. Bathroom clean and new. Nice table with plenty of space for working or having a meal. Beds clean with very warm blankets. Large windows open onto quiet courtyard for privacy, and fresh air at night. Loved it! Taxi service was also friendly and easily available.

The rooms in the apartment were tiny, especially the kitchen. We could hear everything that was happening in the building, but there is nothing they could do with that (however, I probably would mind that for a longer stay).

Staff was very friendly. I originally planned to arrive quite late, so I messaged the property on booking and they called me. The lady tried to figure out some way to do that, but I decided to go to Náchod earlier to not complicate it for them. We had everything from washing machine to toaster, but in our one night stay there, we didn't use anything except the kettle. About 3 minutes from the main train/bus station.
