Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomBrand new apartment, coffee machine was a plus and makes it easier to wake up in the morning. Nice cleaned 👌 Balcony also great. For smokers, there is an area downstairs where it is possible to sit down and chill with ash tray. Also, there is an area for younger children to play. We had a really nice stay. And it is really not far away from Aqualand Moravia even by walking.

PolandIt would be easier if the instruction for the guests was provided also in English.
It's nice apartment to stay, having all the equipment needed. There is a small terrace going out onto the garden, so you can spend some time outside. Pasohlavky turned out to be surprisingly nice village. The waterside with some bars is really nice and there are good biking paths there. We were able to walk to Aqualand Moravia, even if it was quite a walk for kids.

United KingdomThere was a slight confusion when we collected the keys. The documentation instructed us to find the keys in a numbered box outside the apartment with a combination lock. Since the code provided did not work, we had to phone the owner for help. Unfortunately it took 20 minutes of unnecessary worrying by us before the owner discovered that the documentation sent to us was incorrect, and our keys were in a different box. As soon as we got our keys everything was fine.
I totally recommend this accommodation in Pasohlávky, which is only 20 minutes from the international border with Austria. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Free car parking is provided. The apartment is located in a lovely small, friendly village with several excellent options for eating out and tasting excellent Czech beer or the locally produced wine. Don't miss the coffee and cake shop at the bus-stop behind the church. There are many options in the area for outdoor recreation, including the Moravia Aqualand. I totally recommend a visit to the nearby Archeopark Brána do Římské říše. It is located on the site of a huge, fortified Roman camp. The exhibition is fascinating. I look forward to a return visit to this accommodation in Pasohlávky.

Czech RepublicWe received great instructions prior to arrival and the communication with the owner was really easy. Upon arriving to the property, the aircondition was on (which was amazing in the heat) and there was a small bottle of wine waiting for us on a table. The appartment itself is really clean, well furnished and has everything you might need for your stay for few days (except maybe a hair dryer which is missing and would certainly be a plus ;) ). Our kids also loved the garden. The location is great; just few minutes from the nearest shop and a 2 km walk from Aqualand Moravia (or a short drive).

QatarBasically there is nothing bad besides little bit high prices, although it's better to pay more if the place is worth it. This one is worth.
Quiet village, very nice nature around and contactless process of booking, staying. Apartment is new, comfy and very clean.

Czech RepublicA bit basic for quite an expensive property. We decided to pay a bit more and treat ourselves but it was like any basic property. Fridge was off on arrival. Had to switch boiler on ourselves. No bedside lamps. Left some coffee which was nice but only 4 which felt a bit stingy. There was salt but nothing else for cooking. Some oil, pepper, herbs would have been better. Also nowhere to hang tea towels. A few little extras and nice touches and it could be a nice property.
It's a nice space. Lovely outdoor area to sit. Wine on arrival was a nice although it was warm and the fridge was switched off. Location is OK.
