- it is the first not self check in apartment for the last 2 years, although there is a code on the doors; we wrote 1.5h before, than 30 minute before and share location; then 5 minute before arrival; we were very tired after very long journey, but we still needed to wait for host for 15 minutes; idk why to not make self-check in or not to share the code and come after - as many wrote before, there is a not pleasant smell, e.g. from pillows and blanket - we set a dog when booked, however we receive not pleasant and threatening message about that if dog is not paid we will be evicted; the host tells that this is automatically send message to everyone, but this is rude and unprofessional

Apartment overall is good for temporarily stay. There is a private parking near the entrance. There are cameras. Location is nice in quiet neighborhoods, with a view from outside on castle.

No noise isolation, you can hear what neibhours are talking. Very hard matraces on both single beds, feels like sleeping on the ground.

Going to details, I would sugges to add a few things: - hand towel, - a carpet or towel for the floor after shower , - sponge to clean the dishes, there was soap only. - a few napkins, mainly if you take breakfast. -Breakfast was okay, I would have prefer to have some tea option, a real coffee (not nescafe), and a small piece of butter :)

Dark apartment, only one small window. There is no air conditioner.

Great location, close to the center. Everything needed is available. The owner freed up a parking space for our car. The apartment is nice and cozy, but very small, suitable for one night only.

- There is no AC, so it was a bit hot during the night. - The sofa beds are not comfortable enough. They were okay for kids but wouldn't be good for adults. - The shower curtain was missing. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for a short duration despite these minor issues.

The apartment is nice and cozy, a bit small but fine for a one-night stay.

Every aspect of our stay in Mikulov was great. The host, Mrs Ružičkova, was very kind, helpful and completely non-intrusive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the beautiful old centre of Mikulov. Also, it's close to Lidl and a gas station.

Quick and easy check in. Clean apartment and comfortable apartment. Netflix was a big hit for the kids :) Walking distance of the old town. Very beautiful little old town with fabulous views and nice places to eat.

The host charged us extra for bringing a dog, which is fine, but this was not specified when we booked the apartment. It said that it is pet friendly, with no additional fees. When we pointed that out, they told us that our dog is bigger than usual, so charges apply. We did not receive a receipt, so we have no idea, why they charged us that amount. We would appreciate more transparency up front.

Location was great, very nice neighborhood, city is beautiful. The room was small, but functional, the building new. Check in was easy, the host was nice and helpful (they asked us multiple times if everything is OK and if we need anything else).

Very confusing first photo with sign Breakfast & Parking: It seems like breakfast is included, but it's not. 8€ per person and has to be payed in cash. There is no A/C so in summer it’s very hot to sleep, plus the fan is working all night. Beds are very uncorfotable as pillows. High price for appartment as this. if breakfast was included it would be worth the price.
