I had bookmarked this charming guesthouse a while ago, and I was thrilled to finally have the chance to stay here for a night. It’s just as beautiful as the photos—except there was no hammock this time—but even more impressive in person with so many lovely details that weren’t shown in the pictures. There’s a blackboard tucked behind the entryway stairs, with an antique suitcase placed thoughtfully on top, a vintage gramophone in the living room, an old typewriter on the bookshelf… it feels like a cozy little museum. Absolutely delightful! Right outside the living room window, we even spotted a pigeon nesting—so close and adorable. The house has eight large beds and two baby cribs—just imagining a big family staying here, playing and relaxing together, sounds like so much fun. There’s also a capsule coffee machine and a wide selection of teas, plus a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and tableware you might need. Highly recommended!

the enterance to the house is in a pretty janky place so you need to pretty much orient through the "turbo pizza" place which is right next to it

The apartment was very style and light. It has a large central room, the smaller one for the families with a small kids. There is a big sofa in the middle of the room with the plasma TV. Kitchen has all necessary stuff and even more. This apartment is created to rest and celebrate.

The apartment is dirty and not cleaned, there is mold in the bathroom, the floors are worn, the furniture is broken, the bathtub floor is cracked and worn, the washing machine and dryer are full of dirt and hair. Some of the beds had broken mattresses, holes in the sheets, worn and stitched places. It is unbearably hot in the apartment. The air conditioner does not work (does not continuously blow cold air). When we moved in, the temperature in the room was 30C, after running the air conditioner all day, the temperature dropped by a few degrees, which is still uncomfortable. There are two fans in the apartment that the owner recommended to use. It is understood that circulating hot air around the apartment does not make being in it more comfortable. I repeatedly asked the owner to come and inspect or order repairs - after that we were advised to leave if we are not satisfied with the temperature in the room!

Location and spacious. This apartment would be a good place to stay for families with children, if the owner would bother to keep it clean and replace broken and old things.

From the pictures of the property found on Booking it is hard to discern the number of separate rooms the property has. You can see that it is mostly open-plan. The property actually has just one separate room with a door you can shut. The property is great for those who do not mind sleeping in the same room with other people, though. It would be great if the property had a few portable room dividers you could use to at least visually isolate your space. There is no parking place available for guests, we had to look for spots to park in the street every night, which was problematic since we had a longish minibus.

The property is in a quiet location within easy reach of Prague. The property has a lot of space, which is excellent for big families or groups. The host lovingly decorated the apartment and you can see a lot of care went into this decor. There is a pizza place in the same building downstairs, which is great for those who don't plan on cooking their own meals, you can order pizza. The beds were very comfortable.

The shower is very, very annoying, bad. You cannot stand while showering. Check the picture in the description. Also, 8 beds, 1 bathroom. (8+ people, 1 toilet :) ) Beds are okish. Not great, not super confortable. Same as the pillows, not the best sleep. The parking was a bit hard to find, but ok in the end. Hot in the summer, windows have no nets, bugs come in.

The apartment is big. Hamac is nice. Kitchen with everything.30 min away from Prague. Well equiped, has some games like backamon, toys for kids, pans and pots etc. The instructions are clear. Host responsive to messages. Helpful Cheap. Accepted booking.com wallet payment.

For the size of the apartment would have expected separate toilet and separate shower cubicle.

Large, spacious apartment – clean and comfortable. Supermarket and restaurants within easy walking distance and good pizza takeaway next door. Parking was available is street nearby. Information supplied to enable easy access to apartment keys via lockbox
