Excellent location, right in the city center. Clean, well-equipped apartment. Everything you need. Coffee, tea, necessary kitchen utensils, washing machine, and and all essentials in the bathroom. Good Wi-Fi, there was a laptop in the room, which we did not use. Those who choose the apartment we stayed in, should be aware that the bathroom is accessible by crossing both bedrooms. This was not an issue for us. It should also be noted that check-in outside of the designated time and luggage storage incurs an additional fee of about 20 euros. The timing can be agreed upon reasonably.

The doors in the apartment don't really close so it can be noisy if you want to sit in the kitchen without waking the others up. The check-in and check-out is accompanied by a string of rules and conditions, like checking in before 7pm or otherwise incurring extra costs. Other apartments we have rented (including Budapest and Vienna) are more flexible using key boxes. There are 3 gates that need to be kept locked before getting to the front door, which I am sure is for your safety. And I think that is why they feel the need to explain it and be present in person at check-in. However, in our view a key box would have perfectly sufficed with some instructions in the app which key is for which lock/gate. It is not complicated, other apartments we rented also required extra gates. Then check-in would have been a lot simpler, flexible and friendlier. And no stress arriving there on time.

Fantastic location, you literally step out onto the main square. You sleeping in a part of history, where even Kafka used to pass by every day on his way to school. Felt very special. All the main city attractions are walkable from the apartment. Despite central location very quiet at night.

There was some noise at night on Thursday & Friday, which we expected in the centre of Prague

The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Prague, in an ancient building. The facilities were excellent, including an efficient washing machine, which was needed halfway through our two weeks' away. The owners were very responsive and really helpful, even printing some documents which we needed for later in our trip. The property was spotless, and we had everything that we needed.

The location of this apartment was absolutely fabulous! The host was very personable and informative. The lay out of the apartment was something to get used too but very workable for a grown family of 6. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice since it made breakfast and lunches easy to make in house. Beds were a great size and fairly comfortable. The apartment was clean no issues there. Windows are single pane and you could sometimes hear people at night walking down the street. Locks were a bit strange for us to figure out, but after a few times going in and out we figured it out. Both definitely not a deal breaker just something to be aware of. Would recommend this apartment

Very minor points (not issues!) the bed was a little hard and my back ached a bit. The shower over the bath didn’t have a curtain, showering was I little tricky beeping the floor dry.

Would have preferred a fan or an AC unit somewhere, but it was still a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

The manager is very accommodating and friendly, speaks perfect English, and helps you get situated well, including practical tips on navigating and even buying groceries. He helped us store our luggage, including our son's mobility scooter, in his office to his own inconvenience, which was much appreciated. Huge beds, high ceiling, kitchen was great, location perfect.

It's not so much as didn't like but you just need to be aware of what you're paying for, it's a basic room but large and comfy enough. The central location does mean there can and also be some noise from the street below. I would still recommend and would book again.

Beds and pillows were very firm. Perhaps having extra pillows would enhance the comfort level. Being Canadian, we missed having a toaster in the suite.

Property does not have elevator/lift. You must open three doors with keys and our shower/bathtub area door did not close-although it had a lock but the door opens up.

Lots of stairs to get to apartment. Wasn’t bad, I just dreaded doing it with my suitcases at check in and check out.

Great location Staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early (small fee for the manager to come to property for an early check in) I loved hearing the astronomical clock chime beginning at 7 (I believe- may have been 8 am)

We were met at the property when we arrived . Very welcoming efficient and in time . The owner gave us some tips where the transport system was and supermarkets etc . Great hosts .

The accommodation was spotless. The location is perfect (walking distance to every point of interest - Charles Bridge 10 minutes, PowderTower 3 minutes, Best point of view 15 minutes ...). 2 supermarkets nearby (Albert in Palladium at 7 minutes and Tesco at 10). The accommodation has everything that you need. The host was extraordinary! The best new year ever!
