Friendly staff, kids liked the interiour. Possibility to cook the food and kitchen was clean compared to many other places where there has been a common kitchen. Quiet when we where there. Close to several public transport options. Possibility to use washing machine. Kid liked that there were some toys. Definitely will go back considering the prices of other places.

It was a bit strange to own private bathroom outside the room - however, it worked well and it we could be sure it is free and clean :) You just couldn´t go there straight from the bed :D Our room (1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 beds upstairs) wasn´t the best option for persons 2m heigh - risk of hitting head to decorations. Although the floors were clean from sand, etc. these needed a bit more washing. Table in the room was difficult to clean. However, the place was much cleaner than usually and expected.

Great location, super polite, and helpful personnel! The rooms are spacious and pleasant to be in. Strongly recommended! :)

Quirky room. Small, however, it had all we needed, including own private shower, toilet and kitchenette. Location on light rail route with stops close. Metro also nearby. Staff helpful.

On 3rd floor, no elevator. Lots of stairs to carry luggage. Crawl to mattress upstairs on floor. No fans or air conditioning in summer.

Everything was awesome. Room is so cool, the jungle atmosphere lovely. The staff was also very helpful. Nothing to complain about :)

Nice location and a great base. Very quirky and unusual - just apartments but the hotel next door does breakfast at a good rate. I had a room with it's own bathroom, there was a shared washing machine and other shared facilities too. It had it's own fridge.

No aircon and the curtains were just nets which didn't block any light. The other beds in the room were on a mezzanine which was very close to the ceiling and were just mattresses on the deck, which would be very basic. No TV but it is close to central Prague.

Dirty and noisy. But very special and beautiful room, very kind staff and perfect location.

Surfaces dirty with crumbs on the table and dirt in the zink, floor so dirty it was sticky. Bag of garbage on the table. Staff was indifferent when I told them, and said it wasn't their business to check if the cleaning ladies did their job.

Upstairs beds not really beds very thin mattresses not very comfy. Downstairs bed right next to room entrance door.. Noise in the early mornings coming from kitchen which was a couple of meters from downstairs bed.. Also group of men drinking til early hours directly outside room.

Really lovely accommodating staff, place was really central and easy to locate. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend!

- could have been cleaner, need to replace rusty items in showers especially - towels provided were very well used and never replaced - uncomfortable beds

The room and the whole hostel are jungle themed. The room is spacious and the bathroom is private, nice and clean. The position is also pretty good, close to everything! The receptionists were very helpful!

The beds upstairs are soft but not the most comfortable as the mattresses are on the floor. It was more than okay to spend two nights there though.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was great and the room was cosy. There is a small common kitchen next to the lobby with a filtered water faucet.

The bed was a bit too hard, and I missed a hook in the toilet to hang the wet towels, but the rest was good.

We stayed at this hostel with a friend in early April, and everything was absolutely great. Vladimir is an excellent receptionist, guide, and just a wonderful person. The room was clean and didn’t have any unpleasant smells (we booked a four-bed room for two people with separate beds). The bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. The showers and toilets were spotless. The overall atmosphere was unique but very pleasant and calm — I’d even say harmonious. The location is perfect — right next to a restaurant with its own brewery and a tram stop just across the street. Thank you, it was awesome!

I know I’m being picky about tiny things, but I’d suggest replacing the frying pans

Absolutely loved the treehouse design - it was the reason we chose it. It's so unique. We stayed in the Dita room, so had our own bathroom and kitchen, and they put a fridge in our room. The beds were really soft - perfect after long days of exploring. The location was perfect and the tram stop is directly outside, which was great. The staff are lovely and helpful and the hostel is so quiet. Our room was lovely and warm, which after spending all day in -6c temperatures was very appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

Beds not very comfortable

Location was really good. Apartment itself was cozy, there was heating and good temperature in winter. Also there was mirrors and hangers.

First hygiene. Shower head was DIRTY! It was molded and while showering I felt like I was getting dirty instead of clean. Also I don’t think they cleaned the apartment or bathroom after previous guests left, because bed sheets were smelly and it was full of hair!! We asked for new linens and they gave us but when WE were changing this sheets we saw mattress and pillow in the condition that we don’t wish anyone to see. Other than that we only had 2 towels for 2 person - 7 nights, we asked for extra towels for face or hair and they gave us but said - we usually don’t do this but we will make an exception for you. (We were two twenty something years old girls) so idk. Also apartments are on the third floor but the entrance is pretty safe.
