Just two things - food: we had breakfast and dinner, for the place, time and price it was very week. Breakfast trying to be wide, but its oldschool buffet in all its meaning. I would expect more creative, delicious (bread, cheese, ham, salami) more fresh vegetables and fruits (only cucumber, tomato and one fresh fruit). Dinner was even worse, from three meals wete two disaster that if it would be served in any normal czech restaurant i would complain and send it back. Overcooked messy halušky with no taste, not cooked enough rice with kari, frozen tasteles powdery home fries etc. On the other hand they had very good prices in drinks. - system of spa package: we’ve got spa package with swimming pool/sauna, massage and muzeum entry. Withiut telling us about the system, the lady on the desk booked it for us on specific time (if u wanna change they charge you) and the time was very inconvinient - early morning exactly in the time of breakfast. You book you a nice olace to rest and instead you have to get uo early rush from breakfast etc… after our complain they fixed it a bit, so just be careful about while checking in.

Nice spacey and very clean room with new bathroom in perfect shape and balcony. Spa place is just over the street (we had the package), restaurant is right there in the building. The sauna area in the swimming pool is great!

Difficult to park, even though it's paid you park on the streets and sometimes very far Coffee was rather terrible, even the paid one Room was cold and shower quite small for the enormous size of the bathroom

Not much to do for treatment or spa in the hotel (all outside although it's just opposite the building) Dinner variety is very limited Check out is at 10:30!!! Never heard such early checkout throughout hundreds of hotels we stayed in. Although not too many visitors during our stay the receptionist didn't even suggest an hr or half an hr late check in

We had to discuss why we as EU/EEC citizens living in Germany only have Passports. It was hard to explain that passport is maximum ID…..However, we managed to get our room in the end. The beds are really hard, but no big deal.

Very central in Jachymov which indeed is a small place. Very clean and comfortable rooms at a very good cost/benefit level. Affordable prices at the separate SPA that is also a serious establishment. If you want massage and extras the prices are normal. It is hard to find restaurants in Jachymow after 19-20 hours. However, after the buffet of the hotel finished, they made an effort to cook for us a la carte. The breakfast is good above average standard. It was for us a very positive surprise.

The size of the room, the position of the hotel, the breakfast and the availability of Sauna/SPA/Swimming Pool (upon extra payment but with discount) in the connected building in front of the hotel were big plus especially considering the good price!

Supper includes poor amount of dishes, but in general is OK. The supper ends at 19.30.

The suit was big enough and had a balcony. A sauna and swimming pool is close.

The facilities were excellent; the room was spacious and of high quality. The cafeteria, adorned with large windows offering a picturesque view of the spa park and a waterfall on the opposite side, was very pleasant. Additionally, there were beautiful hiking and walking trails located conveniently near the hotel. I encountered a minor issue with my bill, as it had been issued under my wife's maiden name, posing a challenge for my expense reimbursement process. However, when I approached the reception the next morning, the problem had already been resolved, and I was promptly provided with the corrected bill.

We had some troubles checking in because booking put a wrong number of people for different rooms. Moreover the hotel didn't do the requested twin bed in one room. We were lucky that during the check-in a more senior receptionist stepped in to make sure we get the rooms we need. Also, having slippers would be great because of a cold bathroom floor.

The comfort+ room was very nice and super clean with a beautiful forest view. The bed was also very comfortable, not too soft not too hard with a good set of pillows.

The description not very correct. The spa is not part of the hotel, bikes couldn’t be rented in the hotel.

The Apartment was very nice and spacious. Staff was nice and kind. Breakfast buffet rich and varied.

The sauna placed in other building and doesn't belong to the Hotel. Hotel provides only a discount for the Sauna and Pool. The sauna closes at 20:00 and you have to come for two hours, so it's not really comfortable to use. The dinner menu is a bit poor but expensive. So it is better to have a dinner somewhere else.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, but a bit dark.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t really work in the rooms and the beds are not comfortable at all. Small pillows and weird bedsheets (towels ?!?!). Totally overpriced.

In the middle of the village, close to taste restaurant and pub on the opposite side of the street uphill. Parking for a car in front of the hotel, on the street. Breakfast was fruitful, and enough to be satisfied.

PRICE, It ended up that I paid 190 Euro, 1 double bed and 1 folded bed to sleep one person. We could not put the 2 kids on the bed at 12 years old, boy and girl, cant do this as not correct, so girl sleep with mother in double bed, son had pull out bed, and I had kitchen chair for sleeping on. We make it clear we need 4 beds or 3 as minimum and it dont work. Now looking at using other Websites and not booking.com Price was meant to be 180 and to pay more, WHY?

Difficult to park

Very nice location, easy to start hikes or bike rides in the forest. Swimming pool across the street also okay. Food was excellent value for money
