There was a lot of noise in the room next to us.On the first night we informed reception about it .Second night same story ..this time reception did not take any action even if they mention that would do .It seems that they were aware of the problematic room.. In case you decide to book hotel avoid floor 2!

The location of the hotel is the best. The hotel is clean and affordable. Everything went as expected. Rooms were cleaned every day. We only needed a clean place to spend a night so nothing beside that was needed.

The only negative side of this hotel is the noise you get since it is near to main road. You hear police and ambulance car noise, tram noise, and traffic noise in general. That could mess your sleep ofcourse. But for this price, I guess it is something you can not complain.

Everything was amazing. I do not have a single complain. The room was very well equipped. The location was perfect and the place is pretty :)

We took a room for two people and a child and it was very narrow, even the bathroom you cannot sit comfortably everything is very small and it is located near the road where you cannot sleep because of the sound of cars and trams I do not recommend it and its price is very expensive compared to what it offers and it also forces you to pay an additional amount as a guarantee upon arrival I do not recommend it at all 😠

The staff was very helpful hallway kind and answered all the questions. Close to food and shopping and public transportation

Parking was in the street, we were blessed to find one but some hours it can be a problem

The staff were lovely. It was clean. It was in a good location.

There wasn't a chair in the room, and a very small table, so I didn't have much space to put my stuff. The WiFi was also very slow, so I have to use my mobile data most of the time.

The rooms aren’t that neat. The bathrooms are very small. The reception was not so friendly. The 10€ breakfast was not worthy.

Everything was good. The staff were really nice and helpful. They even stored my luggage after checking-out for me to collect later.

Only little thing was, a little more noise from the road to my room.

Location was ideal to access tram or walk to old town. Staff were able to check us in early.
