The hotel lobby was fantastic and the building’s architecture was stunning. Valet parking and the morning car delivery worked perfectly. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with salmon included, and we also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.

The shower head support was loosened (easy to tighten with a screwdriver), the soap dispenser support was loosened or broke (when you pressed to get soap it’s went down with the support—> Annoying). You cant notice this if you don’t use the soap. We stayed in room 405. Thank you!

I did not like the breakfast. The hot items were not even very hot. It's not enjoyable eating cold sausages, cold bacon and cold fried eggs, crepes and baked beans. These items should be quite hot to be enjoyable.

I like the Nespresso machine in the room and the size of the room. As well as the technology and switches in the room and the fact that they also had a fridge and glass bottled water as opposed to plastic.

Breakfast food areas is very small for a hotel of this size, even at 8 am on a Sunday morning it was very busy and you just end up bumping into people . Some of the black tables were very wobbly to eat off

Our stay at the Grand Palace Brno was nothing short of extraordinary. The location could not be more perfect – right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of everything worth seeing. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly world-class. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, a delicious cookie, and sweets personally delivered to our room – such a warm and thoughtful touch. The room itself was very comfortable, with a wonderful bed that made it easy to rest after a day of exploring. The only I missed was a rug to soften the m feel of the room, but that’s a very small detail in an otherwise perfect stay. The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly cared for, and the food was outstanding – full of flavor and beautifully presented. The garage service was excellent and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, the Grand Palace Brno is a fantastic hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend. My husband and I will definitely return to Brno – and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again.

I would have appreciated more vegan options at the otherwise delicious and versatile breakfast buffet.

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful building , great services. We stayed only one night, but we felt valued even as short-stay guests. We were able to check in early, got immediately information about what to see in Brno, as it was our first time. It proved to be really useful. A small problem occured during our stay, which could not be fixed (the solution was outside of the staff's reach), but they did their best to make up for it.

My room only had a ceiling window and let very little light in. That was a bit disappointing as the weather in Brno was very grey.

It is a beautiful high end hotel in the center of Brno - great if you are traveling for work. I got some free drinks also at the bar which is a lovely way to welcome you.

The bed was a bit too stiff for us, and they did not have enough feather pillows to go around. For such a nice hotel feather pillows in each room should be the standard.

Location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything in Old Town, including great restaurants and cafes. Room was large with comfortable furnishings. Rain shower was great! We also loved the ability to open the windows at night for fresh air. The large main lobby was marvelous - tons of light, piano player every morning and evening, with comfortable seating to enjoy a coffee or beer. Breakfast buffet was also fantastic with an endless selection to satisfy any palette. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We'll be back for sure!
