We stayed here a few times before, and always liked it, but I dont know if something changed? This time the experience was not so good sadly. The young guy at the reception was really rude, and made us feel like we were bothering him. He was never there, and when we found him in the back smoking cigarettes with the staff he was annoyed about beeing bothered and had us wait 10-15 min. each time we needed something. Pool could not be used because it was so dirty. Breakfast buffey also seemed dirty.

Location is good for where we needed to go, beds are comfortable.

Without GPS hard location to get to, very remote. Rooms had no air con, so in summer hot. walls not very well insulated so you could hear everything next door. What I thought was really bad was there was no possibility to have a dinner there unless you pre-booked it by 12pm on the day and how am I suppose to know this when I arrived and checked in at 2pm. The hotel has been renovated, which is nice.

Very pretty forest and a beautiful landscaped part of The Czech Republic. Friendly staff, clean and fairly comfortable rooms, breakfast was good too. Nice pool for kids. Bar for drinks onsite and we played bowling with kids, which was fun. Enjoyed our one night stay.

- food, definitely. Breakfast so so, small selection but you can survive... what is a disaster is dinner - every day after breakfast you chose from 3 options: 2x meat and 1x sort of vegetarian, but not really healthy (fried cauliflower, fried cheese etc). Good helps if you are some sort of limited eater - vegan, celiac etc. No chance... unfortunately no chance to have something different elsewhere, the location is very limited on options so better plan to bring some plan B with you... - wifi is horrible, it's just not reflecting the quality of the hotel and 21st century

- Amazing location - the forests and woods nearby are totally worth it! also the river and its surroundings - the staff is nice and tries hard - facilities is well equipped with pool, tennis playground, bowling, wellness... a huge plus - very nice terrace where you can enjoy beer or food The perfect location gives a basis to be an excellent experience, the staff is nice, unfortunately the food selection is having a very negative impact on the positive experience... After all, you end up with an average experience in a place, that would have a lot of potential to do much much better.

Loud music played by the kitchen staff early in the morning. Our room was at the front of the hotel right above the kitchen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a good sized swimming pool and sauna/jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Even though we agreed my Arrival over the phone, nobody was there and it took me half an hour before since other guest opened the hotel door for me. Then I finally found the stuff inside and at the same time (but still after half an hour) reached the receptionist on the phone. Secondly, even though the hotel was almost entirely empty, I got the room right next to the other guests, who watched hockey game until Kate night and were very noisy, so I could not sleep Swimming pool was dirty and not in use (even though advertised).

Good value for the price.

- The reception staff was a bit nonchalant. Didn't really speak English. I understand that I am in Czech republik, but they could at least write the hotel information in English - Spa / sauna facilities pretty expensive in comparison with the room price - in some rooms some disturbance from the bowling - the location is not so good for hiking as I expected

- Location is in the middle of nowhere. This can be positive as well as negative :) - Breakfast is ok'ish - The room was clean and the beds are great! - Television works, but only czech channels so nothing to watch there as a tourist - Great mountain/forest view of the surrounding.

There were some issues. Warm water not running. Not possible to use the tennis and football fields after 20:00 - which is actually the best time in the summer to play, during the day when it was over 30 degrees we could play but when it cooled down it wasn’t allowed. The hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Everything was in Czeck, not all the personel could speak english.

Lovely view, rooms are very good. Beds are very comfortable. Keep in mind tho, in the facility there is enough to keep you busy, but not much to do directly around.

The bar/restaurant closes at 21:30 which felt early

The hotel is in a beautiful location! Near mountains and rivers. It was a big enough space to have our work meetings and relax without running into other guests. The wellness was so nice and new! The outdoor facilities were also really nice, just the pool needed cleaning. But the rooms were also nice and clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Terka was especially kind! They all spoke English. The dinners were delicious and beautiful!

No hair dryer, no refrigerator. The pool was a bit dirty. Playing badminton was 250 kroner for 1 hour. Sauna and Jacuzzi were not included in the price.

Very clean and newely renovated. Rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice and cosy wellness area! Wonderful quiet location in the middle of beautiful nature. Very comfortable beds.
