We didn't like the fact that we had to give our phone number to open the gate to the backyard. (Since we didn't use the car again until we left, we didn't need to do that.) The shower was a little leaky.

The guesthouse was easy to reach by car thanks to its relative proximity to the city highway. There was a parking space in the back yard. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully designed and the rooms were bright and tidy. The set-back location on a side street meant that there was no street noise. There was an Albert and a tram stop not far from the accommodation. He also gave us a city map. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well thanks to the air conditioning. Breakfast was in a very beautifully furnished room that had been decorated with a lot of effort. The breakfast itself was very tasty, extensive with lots of choices. We will recommend this accommodation...

It was a bit difficult to make windows completely dark - curtains are very short. Due to that it's a bit difficult if you need to put a child to sleep while it is not completely dark outside.

The room was clean and fine, very nice to have a air conditioning there. Generally a very nice place with good atmosphere. A tram stop is a few minutes away, so it's easy to get into the center. A nice breakfast included. Small parking is for free.

Everything is great. The host is nice, communicative. Spacious, clean, tidy apartments. Comfortable bed, slept well :) A little like home. Safe parking in the courtyard of the apartment. Peaceful, quiet place.

This was our third stay at Bird Nest. The suite was very clean, large balcony overlooking the city and garden. We got the room a little earlier at our request. This was an extra inconvenience for the host, because he came from a bit further away, so thank you for that. We liked the friendliness of the owner Román and took care of his guests. Breakfast was good. There is parking for a vehicle in the courtyard behind the gates. Public transport to the city centre is a few hundred metres away. A few good places to eat nearby. Ask the host for more information. We will come again on our next holiday.

An extremely minor issue that probably wouldn't bother most was that the balcony curtains didn't seem to quite cover the whole glazed area but I admit to being fussy about light when sleeping and easily remedied temporarily!

I stayed on the top floor apartment. The apartment was huge and had everything that I needed for my one night stay. The views of Brno from this apartment were a real bonus for me. The owner could not have been more helpful and kindly directed me to the nearby Piccolo Bar for food (superb food!). This apartment more than met my requirements and delivered a perfect night's rest.

The bath was pouirng water just from the shower head. The house itself is making noises. In the kitchen there are no tea bags (like 2-3) as a nice to have. The toiletaries are just a very small soap and shower gel.

The room overall was very nice. The views from the windows were amazing. And the balcony was nice to have.

This is a beautifully presented property with a very helpful and friendly host. We had a very tastefully decorated light and airy room with a small balcony. It’s in a quiet residential street a short walk to the tram stop to get into the old part of town. Breakfast is served in a dining room featuring decorative Knick knacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent room with amazing views of the city from the balcony. The owner was incredibly nice and catered to our every needs. The breakfast was perfect, with a range of meats and bread etc. The location was a bit out of the main city however a quick tram ride and you were within the old town. Overall a very very good stay, and highly recommended!
