Bed it was good and clean, kettle in the room

Temparature in the room it was about 35 degrees celsius,couldn’t sleep at all over the night, staff was just ignoring the guests,breakfast was very poorly

It was really good Our apartment was really nice , clean with everything we need

Window in room was out of order. Sign supplied. 2nd window could not fully close. Room was top floor. Very warm.

Comfortable location, very clean, friendly stuff

My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The woman at check-in did a nice job of showing me how to get in and out of the building outside of hours. The view from my room was nice.

The hours for check-in are pretty tight. I was in a top floor room with dormers, so the headspace was tight in half the room and made it a bit difficult to open/close one of the dormer windows. There's building construction next door which was noisy (but it didn't interrupt my sleep, so it was ok).

The bed was big, clean and comfy, very nice view from the 5th floor. The bathroom was clean as well, bus stop just outside the hotel, easy to get to the city center as well as to the bus/train station

it is obvious that everything in the room and bathroom is not new and needs renovation. In total, good price value option, though mind u, breakfast in this case is really for not picky people, cause only essentials like 2 kinds of sausages/2 kids of musli, 2 kinds of cheese, 2 kinds of yogurt and so on..what in my case was.still enough

The location was good..easy and frequent bis connection to the old town and florence. Breakfast was also decent

I booked for 31st night without getting any other options. I knew it will not be good so much but still..the bathroom was clean but a bad consistent smell. I read in other reviews as well so was kind of expecting that. But the light of the bathroom was also bot working .. and we had to use the torch light. The room was ok but overall the hotel need a good renovation. It was just for a night or else will not stay again.

The hotel is located at a very good area, the city center and the main railway station are close. The neighbourhood is quiet. Breakfast was OK, although could have been more diverse. Staff speaks English well.

No hairdryer is the room, furniture is old-fashioned, the internet was slow

The room was very nice with a good view from the roof top window. The stay was comfortable and the staff were very nice as well. I would highly recommend this place for the travellers. :)

A lot of space in the room and nice staff.

We got bigger room but the room we booked looked much prettier at the photos than this one. There was very unpleasant smell from the bathroom so we had to keep windows open and therefore it was cold during the night. Breakfast was quite good but don't expect anything special.
