Beds was comfortable. Manager was nice. In the number was everything what we need.

The hotel owner couldn't figure out the payment. we paid everything, and he called us at 3am, yelled at us, tried to make us pay again and threatened to call the police. Not stable internet.

The garden is very large, parking is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the service staff are particularly enthusiastic and considerate, the railway station is next to it, the transportation is convenient and fast.

The network is a bit slow.

Since I’m not going to get any of my money back anyway, as I requested it for more than 2 months, at least I’m gonna make sure everyone knows what a disaster of place can be listed on booking. First of all, it was incredibly dirty, except the room itself, the shared shower was disgusting, same as the toilet. Second and biggest problem was the “tenants” who are some Russian speaking people who manages the place, because you can’t say they take care of it cause they don’t, and this people literally got completely wasted the whole weekend, with a fridge size speaker blasting schlagers in Russian, and screaming on the top of they’re lungs until midnight when they were so wasted, some of them slept with they’re head on the shared kitchen. So if you never been on a Soviet military camp, and you’re into that, I totally recommend this place, otherwise well…at least now you know what you’re getting yourself into.

When we entered the facility, they asked for money again even though we said we paid through booking. They realized that we were in a difficult situation because it was late and bargained and took money again. A naked man in underwear contacted us and showed us our room. A half-naked woman who had been beaten was with him. There was a very heavy mold smell in the room and there were insecticide tablets everywhere. The next day, we asked if there was room for 1 more day so as not to carry our luggage, they said yes. They took the fee in advance. They did not accept our reservation through booking. After we went to the city center, which was about 40 minutes away, a Chinese man who said he was the owner of the place called us and said that he would enter our room and take our belongings out and that they had given the room to someone else. Although we stated that we were very far away and that we had paid, he said that they would enter our room in 1 hour. We had to find a vehicle, go back to the room and escape from there to protect our property. I never recommend it, it should definitely be avoided.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us great travel tips and even providing detailed maps and guides. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague! We will definitely come back!

The service of the workers is very good. Their dinner is really delicious. There is also a dinner menu. Very special Asian food

The landlords were pleasant.

The accommodation was not clean, a lot of dust, a large spider in the corner of the room. The bathroom in particular would need more frequent maintenance. The toilet was not very clean, hair in the waste, dust.

I’m surprised that such a residential building can be used as a hotel. There is only a house number, and person can’t leave the building door freely, The small room built in the garden, only have electric lights and beds, The long term residents all smoke and drink… This is black property, I don’t know how it can exist?

Large space...value for money...separate kitchen area....fairly large bathroom... 20 minutes to the city centre by car.... parking available... can recommend.... owners are very friendly.....

Need to add some basic items like a couple of hangers, bathroom mats, dust bin....every night had to ask to open the heating....
