Location - minutes away of all important places. Best breakfast ever ; we had a full operating cafeteria just for us ( the guests ). I cannot remember last hotel where I had a barista made cappuccino!15 m away is a very nice bar with draft beer & cocktails, 200 m away is a very good local restaurant !Also free parking in front of the building , mostly of the time available The last but not least is the host - always smiling and ready to help , speaking a very good English- chapeau!

Stairs are somewhat challenging for seniors.

Place was very nice inside out. Our room was very clean, well equipped (hair dryer, body&hair wash,towels,teas) plus fridge with some beverages for an extra fee 😊. We had a continental breakfast, which gave us enough choice to choose from sweet or savoury options. Coffee was absolute perfection. Highly recommend this place for stay when visiting Kutna hora.

- This is a nice place to stay but be aware that the quadruple room is one double and one twin room off an anteroom. As a couple you get the small double room only without the extra space and bed. Great for a family but not what we were expecting after using the twin room filter and having a 506sq feet room confirmed on booking. Understandable looking at the pricing but wish it had been clearer so we could have found somewhere more suitable. - The cafe was closed on a wet Sunday afternoon and without instructions for the keysafe we had to ring up. Message them if you have not received instructions - we had not bothered as the cafe is usually open until 6.

This is a very nice pension in the lovely old town of Kutna Hora near the superb cathedral and museums - the famous ossuary chapel is a mile out of town. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order by the hospitable manager.

There is no parking facility at this penzion and parking is difficult to find in Kutna Hora as it's so limited due to it being a popular place for people to visit.

The penzion is right in the middle of Kutna Hora, and just about everything is within walking distance. The room with the balcony (number 3) was a lot bigger than we expected and the bed was really comfortable. The bath was a wee bit small for our preference but was not an issue. We picked this place based on the location, air conditioning (this is a must in the summer if you are not used to the heat and isn't as widely available as you might assume) and the price - it's such good value for money! Based on why we picked it, it exceeded our expectations.The hosts are really friendly and made eggs to people's liking for breakfast every day. The breakfast selection is small, but we were very satisfied by the options, and the coffee was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

The church bells tolling every hour :) It wasnt too loud however. Expected a bit more from breakfast, it was simple. Sad the cafe side is closed, hopefully it'll reopen!

Friendly and helpful host, great room with good AC, great bed and pillow, very clean and modern setup. Free parking spot right in front. A nice place to stay right at the old town of Kutna Hora.

We arrived just before six p.m. which was the closing time for the cafe and the staff was leaving for the day. I am not sure how smooth checking in would be if we came later.

Very nice location in the old town with a parking spot just in front of the Penzion. Convenient for walking aroound the old town. Close to the Cathedral of St Barbara (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and short driving distance to Sedlec Ossuary. Very good breakfast in the morning.

I only gave it 9/10 because the fridge was broken and I couldn’t adjust the clim, the settings were locked so it was a bit too hot for my taste to sleep. Other than that, the room was so pretty and nicely located, I really liked it 🙂

So cute and wonderful location! Good breakfast. Staff was great and kept my luggage after checkout while I visited a museum before booking my next train.

Lovely place. I was with my family in room#2 which is perfectly suited to host a family with a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other room. The bedrooms were big, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean too.

Initial reception young lady was unfriendly, the young man next morning had a smile on. Top floor winding stairs were hard to navigate…understand it is a 300 year old staircase! Ceilings sloped so one side of bed was quite low.

Good location, easy walk from Mesto Train Station, at edge of historic center. Good value for room and decent free breakfast.

Not a negative critique, but an alert for future guests: The house does not have an elevator, and the stairs to the 2nd floor (rooms 4 and 5) are somewhat steep. If you have mobility concerns, consider requesting room 1 on the ground floor or rooms 2 or 3 on the 1st floor, where the stairs are more manageable. Additionally, while the bathroom area was spacious, the shower in our room felt a bit small in size.

The hotel is situated on a tranquil street in the old town, making all main attractions easily accessible on foot. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The complimentary WiFi was both fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, featuring freshly prepared fried or scrambled eggs to the guests' liking. The young lady in charge of welcoming guests and overseeing breakfast was incredibly affable and helpful.
