The room wasn't as clean as it could be, the furniture was sparse (eg. no hangers for coats), and the breakfast lacked variety (they served vegetables only on one morning).

No ac but fan was provided If you are not a smoker ask for a room on a higher floor or facing away from the backyard - this is the designated smoking area but it was rarely used during our stay

1) i did not like that the ventilator was broken and not working. I had difficulties to fall asleep 😊 as it was super hot ! 2) i did not like that the hanging part- one door - of the wardrobe not opening . Although for 1 night only i like to hang my clothes 😅 (less wrinkly the next morning 😄) 3) the shower cabin was pretty high and in the evening when my legs were very tired of whole day walking - i needed something to hold when getting out of the shower. The way the sliding shower doors opened and the place where the rack was on the wall did not make sense. Small improvements

The coffee place belonging to the hotel downstairs was also cool and accepted card payments 😅Lovely girl working there, although officially closed i could relax a bit more , enjoy my coffee because i stayed in the hotel 😁Thank you 🙏🏽😉

The windows did not have blackout curtains, so it was too bright from 5 a.m. onwards.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Celerin. The receptionist was very helpful. I had to check out early in the morning. Although the canteen was not open, they prepared a lunch box for me. They are very kind.

I was in a room at the top and for some reason the toilet is at a low point in the sloping roof so as a man I had to bend my body to use the toilet standing up. I really cannot see why it was put there or kept there, it's obviously in the wrong place and inconvenient. A small point in an otherwise good stay but I only stayed one night. If it had been longer it would have been very annoying

My room was a bit plain, old fashioned furniture and bathroom. But clean. I think the mattress could be also better but for 2 nights it was ok. I think the owner could invest a little bit in the furnishing. I saw that some rooms have the furniture overpainted.

The best thing in the hotel is the receptionist. Very lovely young lady who goes beyond her duty and makes sure that you get all you need and feel good. Gives you tips on where to go eat and drink in the town and gives you hints about parking places. I got a parking card to park for free. The breakfast was also very good, eggs, ham, salami, cheese, choices of bread, cake, juices and tea. The yard at the back is pleasant for breakfast. The location is also great, just at the opposite side of the square from the Telc castle, all is within walking distance.

It is dated and the grout on the bathroom floor and in the shower needs a deep clean and scrub. Otherwise it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

You can’t beat the location and if you like little quaint hotels than this is your place. Owner was kind and lots of choices at breakfast.
