Sauna/Steam was only open for 4hrs during the day, so you have to plan around their schedule in the afternoon/evening. Steam room was very weak, thermostat needs to be turned up.

The temperature of the water in the swimming pool was a bit low. The double bed has a not so comfortable mattress.

The hotel is located in a wonderful position, especially in this period of the year with the snow. The staff is really kind and professional. The SPA is clean and relaxing. The 3 saunas are wonderful.

The restaurant food was not perfect, and the staff there is not qualified. The staff barely knows english. There isn't much to do in the area, so more than 3nights are excess.

Huge comfortable rooms, quiet and green area near Karlovy vary (10mins car ride). Good SPA area, a bit cold water in the swimming pool, atleast for our preferences.

We had to book a significantly more expensive deluxe room in order to bring our dog. I would appreciate if there was an option with a basic room with a pet. The spa opening times could also have been a little more generous for the ones arriving in the evening.

I was really pleased with the hotel, the beautiful location, our room, the SPA with several saunas.

Located in a quiet place, away from everything, excellent for a good rest. The spa and the breakfast buffet and were wonderful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very large and comfortable.

The wasps (it’s a joke). 😉😉 They can’t do anything about that. There was nothing I didn’t like.

It was quite, that’s what I needed for my vacation. Staff was very helpful. The wellness facility was great. I had an excellent experience with the massage.

Very beautiful location, closely to Karlovy Vary, good possibility for travelers by a car. There are 4 hotels on big territory near golf club. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. Rooms are very clean, warm and plenty of light, equipped with capsule coffee machine and refrigerator. A bottle of mineral water is bonus. Spa is very clean, without chloride smell. It starts from 8 am, saunas starts from 4 pm up to 9 pm. There is complex of saunas and whirlpool, which are together with swimming pool have a panoramic mountain view. It's really great. The gym is also available from 8 am. A breakfast is various (cold and hot) and good choice of cheese :-) with opportunity to eat on the open terrace. The hotel is surrounded by golf fields, hills and wood. I can recommend for solo or couples, who really like comfort, silence and nature

A shower in the bathtub is a waterdisaster. Please make a screen on the rim to prevent wet floors. Restaurant: A bit expensive compared to local restaurants that serve about the same meals.

Nice spa! 3 saunas and a spacious pool. Breakfast was fine, the garden looked good. The restaurant is nice with goor food.

The only downside is that the location is not super easily reachable if you are not going by car. There's a train that runs from Karlovy Vary to Cihelny (and the other way around), but it only runs every two hours, so one needs to plan.

Spacious and comfortable room, super friendly staff, good spa facilities, nice menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, great place and location if you are into hiking or cycling in nature.

Sauna is only open between 16:00 - 20:00 so I wasn’t able to use it in the morning nor in the evening upon arrival (but the pool was open until 22:00). They claim it’s pet friendly but was told to carry my dog up and down the stairs. Breakfast was very basic
