The building is fantastic, the facilities are well taken care of.

For this price, you would expect a more comfortable place. The bed was hard and really noisy, and the breakfast was quite standard.

The location is beautiful, an authentic baroque castle with large gardens surrounding it. Our room, a superior double, was roomy, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good.

The dinner was definitely subpar, especially given the high prices. Although our room was very nice, the television didn't work (even after the staff came and tried to fix the problem) and two lamps didn't work because the light bulbs were broken.

1) I have booked a "triple room Business" on booking.com. The pictures and the reality were far away from each other. One of the reasons we have chosen this Zámek was that we wanted to be within one room 3 of us. There was not even any information on the Booking.com, that the room is only an illustration and can be a difference... 2) The room was very smelly and not clean. Numerous spiders and spider webs were there especially in the bathroom which cannot be built within hours after cleaning them. And the whole room had a very uncomfortable smell. After 2 days we realized there are used diapers in our bathroom's garbage bin. They were not nice to be honest. We guess the previous guests had a baby there... 3) We wanted to book a spa for Tuesday when we arrived. The receptionist told us the Spa is closed on Tuesday (?). No information about this fact in advance. The Spa was fully booked for Monday. So we couldn't go to the spa nevertheless this was one of the reasons we went into your hotel. 4) We booked 30 min aromatic massages for 3 people. The whole message from the beginning till the end (clothes up and down) took no more then 20-25 min. And the masseur told us he gave us 5 min to relax at the end of the massage... we didn't want to pay for taking to relax, we wanted to have a 30 min long massage. Unfortunately he didn't speak English at all, so we were unable to communicate.

Dinner and service was great.

Very hard to reach with a bycicle. Is located in a village on a motorway.

Amazing old style hotel, excellent location near Prague and only a few km from the highway. They fullfilled our special requests related to our dog and took very good care of us. Very nice breakfast too.

It would be nice if the hotel had a pool and if sauna was working, that would complement our stay since it was a hot summer day

The chateau looks nice from the outside. From the inside I can’t tell as we were not allowed to enter the main rooms (dining room, lobby bar,etc). The staff at the restaurant was nice but

The stay was very dissatisfying. They had a wedding celebration which meant all other guests were NOT allowed to enter the main restaurant, lobby bar nor terrace. The staff missed to inform us about it otherwise we would have cancelled our stay as there isn’t much more to the chateau then the mentioned facilities that we were not allowed to enter due to the wedding. The staff also missed to inform us about the fact that you have to book a massage 24hours prior to your stay, which was disappointing when we arrived. The room in the building next to the main chateau was at a 3 star hotel interior level with no air conditioning - they literally gave us a 10€ plastic fan to circulate air in the room which for over 100€ per night really isn’t acceptable. The worst was the reaction of front desk staff when confronted with the situation - they were not apologetic about it at all and only when asking for the Director and a discount they allowed us a fairly small reduction of the price. Overall really disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend going there.

the breakfast was good, there were many choices, the only issue was that the breakfast was the same each day so if you came for a while to this hotel be ready to eat the same. i want to say a big thankyou to Lucy and Miroslav for handling us and our issues. the view of the hotel is pretty so whoever likes peaceful places id recommend this place, however the civilization is quit far like supermarkets, shops etc so you will need transportation.

the hotel is made with one main building and two other on the sides so youre not spesifically staying in the castle itself. the view through the hotel is beautiful. we were given one room of those side buildings , the room itself was beautiful but the room was suffecating as if the windows were never open, there was an old smell of rugs and furnutires, the hotel itself doesnt have ac anywhere. we didnt want to risk and open the window since at the entry we saw a lot of bugs. in the room itself there were spiders and webs because of that we asked to change room and from that we changed twice again rooms. one of them had the same smell issue and the other the ventilation didnt work in the bathroom. eventually we recieved a fancy room.

The property is very well maintained as well as the surrounding areas. The room that we got to stay in, was spacious, comfortable and clean. In addition our dog was happy with her bed and water bowl that she received.

The breakfast was ok, but it could be improved by adding more options to the buffet.

Beautiful property a short drive from several swimming lakes.

There was no AC or ventilation in our room, meaning we had to open the windows to keep the temperature tolerable. Unfortunately there were swarms of mosquitos outside. Either we closed the windows to sleep in a stuffy furnace of a room, or we kept the windows open and endured mosquitoes. They really need to have screens over the windows. What should have been a relaxing night in the country ended up being stressful and unpleasant. Our four year old daughter now has multiple bites that we are strong to stop her scratching. The staff were very nice but when I told them about our experience they didn’t seem to care much.

Nice location, great room, friendly staff, pet friendly.

Bringing your pet together is a little bit too expensive.

I have been here for second time. Each time I had a different room. I can say in my first stay I felt more comfortable with the room. So first time it was 5 stars, now it was 4 stars.

Great place to relax. Amazing beautiful castle in the mittle of nowhere.

It’s absolutely amazing and magic place. Old baroque castle preserved, renovated and adapted well to the 21st century needs. All staff was very professional and nice. Everything was very clean. The restaurant is great offering great tasty meals including locally produced good wines.

Superb breakfast. Amazing terrace for afternoon drinks. Ballroom for dinner. Great chateau experience. Special shout to waiter Lukas. Staff helpful and allowed us up onto chateau balcony for photos.

Not easy to get there by bike because some local roads very busy with trucks.

One of the best places we stayed in on this trip. The place is quite isolated in the country side so it is very quiet and the area is very nice. The room we got was in the main building and it was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The place itself was very beautiful, highly recommended.
