We came before the midnight and had to wait about 20 minutes for reception to receive our registration though Booking.

Comfortable beds, breakfast was served to the room, which was the first time for us to eat breakfast in the hotel in the room. Also, free parking underground.

My first night was on the 5 th floor and the "Air conditioning" was just blowing out hot air..You can open the window but thep noise is disturbing, mostly created by the low life wondering around the area shouting , or generally making a noise..so i had to change my room to the 3 rd floor where it was much better.

The receptionist was paticularly professional...Changed my room for me and was very attentative to my well being. The breakfast was much better since my last review..Staff friendly, attentative and offered eggs how i wamted them...Great.

Arriving at peak check-in time but having to wait 15 minutes in a queue to check in as only one overworked girl was on duty and she was having to act as barmaid as well as receptionist and concierge...The room rate at just over 100 Euros a night is expensive for Usti Nad Labem...(hardly a tourist trap!!), so the Service should at least reflect this. The breakfast was not memorable at all, and lacked any life, or enjoyment...The kitchen staff were ultra efficient at clearing tables and "Doing Their Job", but the training was obviously military in style, based on efficiency and speed, but were they happy doing this job? It didn't appear so, no smiles ,no greeting, it was like at school.

The convenience of being able to park underground and come up in the lift....The rooms were a good size and nice with Air conditioning...Good soundproofing...

No shower gel in bathroom (both relevant tubes empty), lights did not work 100 %, and traditional problems with the keys (not with me, but colleague next door)...facilities are degrading a bit in my vie year by year.

The hotel is situated in the center af Ústí Nad Labem - just opposite the Museum. The staff was very friendly - they also gave good advices for where to eat - and a fine map for the city. You can park below the hotel. I was very late for breakfast the first morning and the young lady very politely asked me if I wanted more before they took the food out. No hurry :-)

We used to eat in the evening in the restaurant downstaira but for the last 4 years has been closed.

I always stay in this hotel whem I tranzit Cech Republic. It has an underground parking and it is located close to center of the town

The room looked outdated and desperately needed renovation. Also there was no option for a double bed, only two single beds moved together.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. We were provided with a baby cot for free. Parking was also convenient.

I rated everything with maximum values,because i was very satisfied with my stay in hotel Clarion. I am not demanding person,but sometimes happen,that something meets all of your requirements and awaitings.Thats why i want to say : Thank you for the nice stay.Also the view from my room was very nice.I could even have my parked car under my sight :)

On one side of the hotel, the rooms face what is perhaps the least attractive street of the city with socialist-style blocks and shabby shops.

Modern and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, perfect cleanliness. Effective but silent A/C. Friendly staff welcoming us with a smile. Large selection of cold and warm meals at breakfast. Overall, very good value for money.
