Regarding breakfast, our property offers two separate rates: one that includes breakfast and one that does not. The rate you reserved was the one without breakfast, which is why an additional charge applied when breakfast was requested, as it was not included in the initial reservation. We also take your comment about noise very seriously. Please note that our hostel enforces strict quiet hours during the night to ensure all guests can rest comfortably. We want to remind all our guests that basic rules—such as not smoking inside the rooms and using the showers properly—are in place to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone. Unfortunately, your stay involved multiple serious violations, including smoking indoors, using the shower as a toilet, and causing disturbances that required staff intervention. These behaviors impact not only the hostel but also other guests’ experience. We expect all visitors to respect these simple rules.
