Good communication and we were met on arrival by the owners daughter. Very large, well equipped apartment that was immaculately clean. Very quiet at night. Lovely terrace undercover facing the garden. Parking on the street outside the property. We walked easily into the City but there is also a tram stop nearby and it was inexpensive.

I liked the peace and quiet of this accommodation after my busy days in Brno. It's very comfortable and well-equipped. I didn't cook nor washed my clothes but there are facilities if you want to.

Friendly and pleasant landlady told us everything about apartment and Brno, there is everything you may need during your stay, even more than everything I would say, very clean, good location near with trams and busses, very cozy place to sit in the courtyard, everything is fantastic!!!

The apartment is really wonderful. We spent 3 nights here to discover Brno and it was absolutely worth it. It is situated near two tram lines which are easily reachable within a few minutes walk. The area is very quiet and peaceful but not far from the center. The apartment comes with everything travelers can wish for (e.g. fridge, electric stove, washing machine) and even has a little porch to sit with a garden view. Gabi, the owner, and her daughter were very accommodating and gave us a feeling of being welcome at their little home stay.

Roadside parking isn't all that great because the street is crowded (especially if you drive a large car) Not a complaint though, just a notice. Our host payed for the parking so more awesome points for them.

Everything was perfect. Apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is 10 minute walk from the center or 5-minute ride by tram. Tram station is 300m from the apartment. Gabi was so welcoming and really helpful with parking. If you are arriving by car, you can park on a public parking nearby the apartment but for a fee. Looking forward coming back again.

I informed the owner the day before that I would arrive at 2 pm. The owner read and agreed. I arrived at the entrance exactly at 2 pm, but found nobody. I waited a bit and sent a sms, but there was no response. After half an hour of waiting, I walked with my bags towards the city center to find wi-fi. Halfway there the owner answered to the sms. It turned out that she had been at home all this time. Why she ignored my message or didn’t look out the window is unclear, despite the fact that we agreed on a certain time. So I checked in only an hour later. An hour is a small loss, but it was the only hour of good weather in two days. The rest of the time it rained and I was not able to see the Brno city at all.

The place is far too cold, even in spring. Way too few heaters for the room. Also they lock the entrance gate with a padlock from the outside. In case of emergency, you'll be trapped inside.

The outside of property not safe Stairs walls I do not recommend anyone to go The owners were not nice The whole stay was uncomfortable cold The inside was just as bad bedding pillows No heating I’ve booked many years with booking and have never experienced this kind of stay in any other Hotel The front doors locked with bad lock like been in Prison must be a very rough area
